Service IS horrible! Manager is thin blonde hair girl that gives attitude when you order.We ordered two meals and only gives one cup had to call her back to get the other cup. The order took 25 minutes to make. We had to leave so we asked for a cup holder no one tried to get one. This place should be avoided if you want good customer service. If you have kids there is no playground.

A very well run spot that serves their take on fast food. I found the fries to be perfect looking, perfectly crisp, and totally tasteless. Even when the Whoppers are two for one, they may be a step above the Golden Arches, but to me, hard to gag down. Between the two, burgers are not my comfort fast food anymore.

This place is like an assembly line. They get us in, take our money and kick us out. My meal was thrown in the bag, fries all over the place and badly portioned. My burger had condiments that I had asked to be removed. The food tasted OK overall, but it was done sloppily.

This location has been recently renovated. They took out the playscape and now there is an empty room in the back, not sure what BK plans to do with it? This location has ample parking and is in a good location. And of course like all Burger Kings the food is delicious.

I went there once. It was alright. I asked my friend if he wanted to go. He looked up at me, confused. I asked him again. He slowly stated, "THAT Burger King? NO ONES EATEN THERE IN OVER 4 YEARS!" OOOOOOHHHH SPOOOKY.

The hot dogs are not what u expect their not good. The chicken fries and chicken nuggets are good. There playground anymore. Probably wont return.

There was a roach crawling on the floor and the employees were told about it loudly by a customer but did nothing. Lost my appetite and left.

Dirty dirty dirty!! And slow and the food look and tasted days old.. The only reason we stayed was for my kids.. They enjoyed the playground

Best one in Harlingen. Food is hot and standard Burger King. Change drink to Icee is free. I always go when near. Use coupons or app.
