Huge indoor playground that made a good 3 hour outing on a rainy day. Only a very small area for younger kids but lots to do for the 3+ crowd. First place Ive been that has tiny seating and tables for little kids. Unlike most trips, we ate the food. The salad was actually decent, good tea, and typical kids meal. The person taking my order (both times) was very nice and they waited to make sure I got my food (didnt just leave it setting there for anyone to grab). My only complaint is that the food is not very healthy (duh), there is a really annoying tripping hazard right when you walk into the play area, and it could be a smidge cleaner.

This is a good Burger King. Its conveniently located on the corner of Mopac and Braker so its easy to get in and out of. The food is served fast and hot. The new fresh cut french fries are actually pretty good. And its pretty much the only fast food burger joint that still offers a veggie burger. Probably the best thing about this location is the very big kids indoor playground. Its got to be about 30 or 40 feet tall at the highest point. Its a cluster of pipes, slides and crazy playscapes that the kiddos can burn off some energy on. Just make sure to bring socks because they are required.

The food is the same as other Burger King fast food places and the employees are generally friendly. The soda machines break constantly and seem to stay broken for weeks/months and the ketchup dispenser has been broken for months. It could be a bit cleaner inside as there is usually a bit of a mess on the tables and around the drink dispensing area. Update: Soda machine still broken after months, and now their second one is broken. Seriously, I get that you are a franchise but Im considering not coming here ever again at this point.

Hmm, not quite sure about this place; it gives off the vibe of being somewhat run down, and where I was standing and waiting for my order the counter seemed sticky. Over at the condiment section, I think thats what it was, were 4 bags of ketchup ... yeah, that was it, no pump or anything else, just 4 bags of ketchup If you have coupons be prepared to pay each one separately because their register doesnt do more than one at a time. Other than that, the crew working was helpful and nice.

I was double charged for a large double whopper combo and neither the guy at the window nor his supposed manager knew why those charges were on my receipt that way and she couldnt help me? Said she couldnt ask anyone because thats the way the register is programmed to charge? Called their 800 number and reported them. I was told I would hear from someone right away. Gave them everything but my shoe size and Ive not heard from anyone. Its been 15 days and no contact. SUCKS!!!

What should have taken less than a minute took more than five minutes because the person working the drive through doesnt speak english at a high enough level to understand my order. I literally ordered just a single bacon cheeseburger but requested lettuce and tomato, she couldnt get it and my sandwich had to go back and get remade.

Im a fat kid for fast food but i also like people. Ive worked in fast food before but theyre customer service is bare minimum if that. I get it working in fast food sucks but just like every job on Earth, put that fake smile on and acknowledge when someone (especially a customer) they speak to you.

The playscape is amazing, but considering the extremely poor condition of the dining area, I dont think Ill bring my kids back to play for fear of her catching something horrible. The entire restaurant smelled of mold and mildew, the roof was leaking, the drinks area was trashed, etc. So sad.

Always dirty and the large female manager is always screaming at the staff. We have visited this restaurant when we are in a hurry and are on our way to the local movie theatre. We will not be back. Just a couple of bad experiences here because of the manager on duty.

Ive always had a good experience here. Orders have been right, food fine. My only two complaints are that the outside seating is not all that great, feels like an afterthought in the design of the location. Also the dining room can be a little dirty at times.

I love the staff at this location. Not the most-up-to-date aesthetically, but I cannot say enough about how kind the people who work here are. Every time my kids and I come in they remember our orders and treat us so wonderfully!

Service is very slow, the lobby is filthy with trash overflowing the trash bin, and had to ask 5 times for a straw while another gentleman had to ask for his order after waiting over 20 minutes for 2 orders of nuggets only.

The Manager is rude. Her name is Diana she doesnt give chances she rushed one of her employee and messed up my food. I drop a simply icee drink that I didnt get to drink and she refuse to let them give me another one.

Fast service, food is on par with other Burger Kings. Ive been there five times and they have only screwed my order up once, so 80% accuracy is pretty good for a fast food joint. A++ would eat again.

Friendly staff and decent fast food. Saw employees give a meal to a homeless person whos credit card wouldnt run. Excellent management and a refreshing change from the normal Burger Kings.

I went there and they had told me that they had ran out of fries and soda. And then she wanted she wanted to charge me full price on there mess up for running out of food. Who does that.

Charged me for 2 Croussant an 3 sausage biscuits, when i opened the sack 8 miles down the road i found one croussant missing. I am a very unhappy customer.
