Yesterday I stopped by this Burger King before starting out on a long road trip. It was 10:10 AM, and their menu said they served breakfast until 10:30 so I figured there was nothing to worry about. 10 minutes later and the line in the drive-thru hadnt moved an inch, so I decide to step inside and wait in line. 7 more minutes go by before I finally make it through that line, and just as I step up to the cash register the manager tells someone else to change the sign, their out of breakfast. Its 10:27 at this point. Ive been waiting almost 20 minutes, and now they want me to have a burger or nothing at all. Completely ridiculous! And they didnt even apologize for it. Just said "Weve been really busy this morning." Totally unacceptable. If you drive by this place and think about stopping in, DONT! Drive a few more feet to the McDonalds across the street. On the weekends they serve breakfast till 11, and their drive-thru line moves very efficiently.

Literally every time I come here they screw up my VERY simple order. Its always correct on the drive thru screen but then they hand me a sauce covered abomination at the window after I say no sauce. I know its just fast food but its extremely frustrating to keep having to go back after they make it wrong multiple times. Theres a screen right in front of you telling you exactly how to make it, come on! They always remake it but this last time they remade it wrong twice and I had to go inside. The manager was very nice(and cute) but they started to smear mustard on it even after the manager himself told them pickles only, no sauce. I dont even... I swear they must be getting stoned in the back or something. I wont be going to this location anymore. What do I do with all these saucy burgers now?! They wont take them back, so Im gonna have to find a stray dog to feed them to cause I cant bring myself to throw out food.

I take my kid here once a week. The staff is friendly and helpful, and usually they recognize us and even remember my kids favorite burger. From what I see, the place is maintained in a spotlessly clean condition. In all these months of weekly visits, we have only had one issue, which was a special order prepared incorrectly. The Manager graciously replaced the order with the correct burger and refused any money, although I volunteered to pay for them to remake the order correctly. It is somewhat rare to find a fast food place which is spotlessly clean, staffed with friendly employees, reasonably priced, and so very concerned about pleasing their customers. Ive had bad experiences with other fast food burger places in this town, but not this one.

Horrible service! The food is not good. Each time Ive gone there, the person in the drive thru has been rude. The most recent time I went, the drive thru lady ignored me while I sat at the window while she spoke with her managers and coworkers, laughing. Each of them would glance at me through the window, but no one would even take my money. It took them 5 minutes to make the sandwich, and I was the only person there. The sandwich, just an original chicken sandwich, was overcooked as heck. It just tasted burnt.

usually has really good service but there was a women who talked really slow but literally threw out food at us. Didnt even say "thank you " or "youre welcome". It was quite awkward. I came back to write a review and looks like I already did? But its about the same women she doesnt smile at all and she sounds absolutely miserable. Food is fine but it makes for a uncomfortable visit when she sounds like a robot.

Horrible customer service. Had to drive back after finding theyd left something out of the order, and was accused of throwing my receipt at the drive-thru worker when I showed him my original order. Was then told by the manager that he wouldnt offer any discount on the food theyd left out, what we did get was burned. Take your business to someone who shows they appreciate and deserve a job.

On November 1st 2016, there was one gentleman working the whole establishment. Meaning he was working by himself. Personally, Im not rating the store(if I did, it would be a negative 5stars...because the lack of help). Im just giving the gentleman 5 stars for the work he was doing. There was several cars waiting maybe 4or5 including me and he was able to provide satisfactory service to all.

This is the worst place to eat in norman.. I come here a few times cause its close to work but u ask for med onion rings u get enough in box to be a small order. And when you order it takes 25 mins to get food. U could have went to nice place to eat for that wait. Food will set under heater for ever before they call u to get it.. just bad place to go.

I actually love this particular location the employees are always so friendly and go out of their way to make sure that youre happy with whatever you order. Their food always tastes good and cannot ask for a better group of people or a nicer place for the kids to play

The quality has decreased in recent years and its more expensive than McDonalds, but its one of the few places that offer veggie burgers. Burger King used to be a staple for me when I was a vegetarian for ten years.

Food is exactly what youd expect from BK (not great) but the staff is good, the location is owned by locals who are responsive to their customers and this is the BEST place in town to take crazy toddlers to play.

Food is on par with other Burger Kings, and the daytime staff are super friendly. I cannot say the same thing about the evening crew. The restaurant itself is always very clean.
