Asked FOUR times for napkins, & forks....WE found our own napkins. Never any forks. She NEVER once offered to refill our drinks. Our food sat under the warming lights for a while before she even checked to see if our order was ready. The French onion soup was TERRIBLE....you may as well just opened a salt shaker and poured it directly in your mouth, it would have been a lot LESS salty than that which they call "soup". Heck we could have just walked out and not paid a dime because our waitress hardly acknowledged us, instead she just glared at us as we got up, & she didnt say thanks, or a damn word....we DID pay our tab, but it was hard to leave her a tip with what she chose not to do. We are VERY generous tippers, & were VERY respectful to our servers and always appreciate their service because we know how hard it can be. But hands down, Id NEVER go back!

Food was medeocre, service was aweful, and enviroment was dirty. The waiter neglected to check up on us frequently and make sure we had everything we needed. It took an extensive time for our chips and queso to come out and when we finally flagged someone down to request more chips, it took a while for them to arrive as well. The waiter who brought the chips to the table was very rude (not our tables waiter). When the entrees arrived and the plates were placed on our table they werent clean and had fingerprints left by the waiter on the edges, silverware looked dirty too. When my boyfriend used his napkin to wipe the plate residue that resembled a sauce smudged off on the napkin. Absolutely disgusting and very disappointed in our experience.

NOT GOOD! Ordered carry-out, arrived early, waited a couple of minutes, and still the fries were stone cold and tasted old. They reminded us of those frozen things you get at the grocery store and bake in the oven at home. Really awful. One entree was a salad with dressing on the side. Got dressing on the side, but it was also slathered all over the salad. And dont order a Tavern burger! Tiny little thing, not much larger than a slider. Very disappointing. Not our first visit to this resaurant, but likely our last, particularly for carry-out. Hard to send something back to the kitchen after youve taken it home.

This place is excellent Red Robin IS the real deal Staff r professional courteous and fast Food is just superb The hostess cooks workers and wait staff r just excellent Huge bar lots of selections of fine beers wine and spirits Bottomless fires yeah its that cool Gourmet hamburgers I mean everything And the best part its a family restaraunt This location is just excellent And the prices are reasonable I went with my wife both meals were 25 bucks with beer Thats awesome

This place is a scam!! $14 for a burger & they claim you can earn free burgers lol. Well I believed their scam. I let a waitress set up an account for me to supposedly earn free burgers. I bought burgers & put it on the account & eventually when the time came to get a free burger my account conveniently disappeared. I got conned into coming here in hopes of earning free burgers lol. Such a sleazy scam.

The food here is great (they offer gluten free buns!)and the service is usually awesome, but the last time we went wasnt so great. I dont like the way they do their credit card payments with the little electronic things at the table. The server wasnt exactly busy but she was not responsive when we had questions anout how to get around the forced 18% tip. Thats not right.

I give 5 stars not because of the food but for the service and cleanliness of this restaurant. The burger I had was about $10, honestly, it wasnt worth it but the more expensive burgers may be better. The service was excellent, never had to ask for a refill on my drink and the food was served hot. Definitely going to come back and try something different.

Food was good, waitress was very inattentive, went in for my birthday celebration, it wasnt even busy the but yet it seemed like it was going to take an act of Congress to even get a drink refill. Like I said before the food was good but even the hostess that sat us acted as if shed rather be elsewhere. Red Robin Norman, you need to get it together!

I normally get the whiskey river BBQ chicken wrap so this wouldnt be my first time here, but my last visit wasnt so great with the food. The wrap lacked something and just didnt taste as good as it normally does. The fries were a bit dry too. I had ordered my meal to-go so maybe that played a factor in why it wasnt satisfactory as it normally is.

Went on a non busy Thursday 10 july @ 1930. Started ok until we were seated. Never even spoke to a server or even got drinks. We sat there for nearly 20 mins. Felt ignored... First time I have ever been to a place and never even got a drink. I left and no one even seemed to notice. I dont recommend this red robin if you want decent service.

Went there for lunch today. My daughters hamburger, meat cheese and bun only was $10... My hamburger which was cold was $15. Fries were cold, the girl helping was nice but it took forever to get our food. My experience at this place a year ago was worse I was just going to give them another chance. Gone downhill, wont ever go back!

We arrived at around 4:00. The burgers were, as always, pretty good. I was disappointed with our appetizer -pretzel bites with cheese dip - and for some weird reason the table was sticky. The booth seat was also sticky. Our waitress was very nice and efficient. Everything was served in a timely manner.

My husband has a gluten allergy so when traveling theres no such thing as fast food for us. Ordered online while on our route home to Wichita Falls, food was ready on time and done right the first time which was nice because it was dinner time and we were traveling with a 1 yr old and 2 dogs!

Great burgers and all you can eat steak fries. Whats not to like? Price perhaps is a bit high. This location is revamped and is clean and the wait staff is friendly. Nothing out of sorts or bad to report other than the road construction in the area that makes getting there a little harder.

Way overpriced. $37 Dollars plus $5 tip, did not get a menu until we tried to order, ordered the Marco Chicken sandwich, tasted like a chicken sandwich I once got at Carl Jr. I will never eat there again, you figure gourmet sandwiches would me better tasting.

Ive ate at this location several times and the service continues to deteriorate. For instance, the endless fries that i love so much, the past couple of visits have amounted to one basket each visit, each containing 5 or 6 fries to split between my wife and I.
