Ive gone twice now, and this is the feel I get from this place: Burgers are excellent -- a bit on the pricey side and I think its plain silly they charge extra $4 for fries or onion rings when they already charge $7.95+ for burger or sandwich alone. Definitely a deal breaker if I have other choices for a burger choice in restaurants. Additionally, I ordered the "beer for a buck" and was served (horrors!) Pabst in an aluminum can. Ugh. Two sips & I was DONE! They should provide choices or not bother at all. In my personal opinion, Pabst is the worst beer out there so I definitely will not purchase their "beer for a buck" in the future -- and if you are of the same mind, be forewarned. Theyre Thai peanut burger is amazing as are the sweet potato fries, however, Im turned off with the order-in-line service A) because Im disabled, and B) the price of the burger with such only offered service. Im additionally turned off by the additional charge of upwards to $4.00 for fries since their prices start at around $7.95 for burger or sandwich only. The Skinny Fries are really pathetic. It will also be a rainy day in the Sahara before I pay $9.95+ for a salad when the ingredients to make the salads are under $1.00 per package to purchase singularly much less in bulk for restaurant purposes. I mean -- seriously? 9.95+ for a salad??

Came here with the family, Husband and son. We were really excited to try it out, the line was long but expected since we came in around lunch time. You order at the counter and then you get your drink...then you find a seat. Which was when we got a little discouraged since its pretty much whoever finds a seat first gets it. We eventually were given a seat by another customer. Now before that we had changed our minds and decided to get our order to go. But we sat down and decided to just stay since we were very hungry and my son was ready to eat. Our food came soon after and we completely forgot about the wait... The Fries!! Theyre soooo good and my back porch sandwich was delicious. We loved our food and service was more than great. I lost count how many times the servers asked how our food was and if we needed anything. The wait was a bit long but keep in mind the time you decide to go. We went during lunch and it was pretty packed. But it was worth the wait. If you see a long line dont give up on trying this place out! You wont regret it. They just opened up so cut them some slack :) its a great place to try

Went for the first time and tried the bacon burger with the gluten free bun, skinny fries and the ET shake. I will say that everything was 100% excellent except the gluten free bun. It was very dry and really took away from the burger. It cost $2 extra and I ended up taking it off and ate half the burger with a knife and fork. Honestly, the burger was so good it didnt even need the bun! So I wouldnt pay for the gf bun but just order it without it. The quality of the meat was spot on and the pickles gave it great flavor as well. The shake was yummy and I shared it with my husband. It would have been too much by myself. The skinny fries were good even after they got cold. And if you can take gluten then they have fresh made buns which is impressive to me.

Grub is really hit or miss. Its a great concept, and when the food is good, its really good. But some days, its just not good at all. Its usually food quality and/or cooking issues. Examples include overripe/mushy avocados, tomatoes, etc.; super greasy burgers or too much sauce; fries that taste like the oil hasnt been filtered or replaced in a long time; a fly mixed in with your margarita. There seems to be a huge quality control issue with this place. Staff is mostly fine, but sometimes your drink will sit at the bar for nearly five minutes before someone brings it to you. And youre not allowed to get it yourself so it just gets warm/ice melts. Its best to sit at the bar if you want fast service.

Great burgers! The kid at the order counter was very friendly, unfortunately the girl at the bar not so much. My husband walked up to the bar, stood in front of the bartender to order a beer and she was fixing a drink, so of course he waits his turn. She finished fixing the drink and it turns out it was for her, and still no acknowledgement. She walked away and left him standing there. It was not until another girl came from the kitchen was he able to order his beer. She needs a lesson in customer service, quick. 5 stars for the food 5 stars for the kid at the order counter. Negative 5 stars for the little girl with the long hair at the bar

I waited a couple weeks after it first opened to try it out. The service was quick, the dining area was clean. I am a nursing mom and no one looked at me when I had to nurse my little one (under a nursing cover). The onion rings were cold, but the staff brought out a new batch right away. The kids chicken tenders were very good, the fries were also good. My dad tried a Vanilla Bean milk shake and he was very happy with it. The grilled chicken sandwich my dad ordered, and the burgers his wife and my husband ordered were all very good looking and they said they tasted great.

I went there with high expectations at lunch. The place was empty. I ordered a medium rare Lockhart Legend. The burger was well done, bland, and soaking wet. The meat was grainy and soggy and lacked any seasoning or flavor whatsoever and seemed boiled despite mild browning. The bread was dense and flavorless. The onion rings that came with it were pretty but utterly flavorless. At this price go to 8TE or Wallbangers for a true burger experience. I will not return. My girlfriend had the same experience. The service and decor seemed good but the food was terrible.

Food is awesome! They also have a bar. Plenty of seating inside and outside but outside seating is right next to a very busy road so can get noisy at times. You order first then find a seating and they will bring you your meal. Sorta pricey, two large burger meals and one child meal 40 bucks! Waiters were friendly and helpful. Can get really busy at some points, luckily I got there when there was only 4 people ahead of me and just a few minutes later there was a line almost out the door! But will definitely be back again when I have extra money.

First off imma start by saying the place looks good inside thats why I gave you the one star, but other then that its a terrible restaurant. I got the Thai Peanut Burger which was the worst flavor combination ever, and the fries were ice cold on top of that. The staff of this restaurant are in their own world. Chewing gum while serving you, texting behind the counters, standing out in the open gossiping, leaving their cups and food throughout the restaurant. The management needs to take charge. Place is a joke, dont waste your money here!
