This morning my son wanted to get breakfast before school so went to burger king it was about 6:30 am and when we pulled up you could barley hear the guy on the other end at the drive thru. My son asked for a breakfast taco (which to my understanding now that burger king calls them breakfast borritoes) so the guy said we dont have breakfast tacos. Okay so then my son asked if he could get a number 6 without peppers and onions.(which is the two breakfast borritoes) then he asked for a smoothie then guy said they dont have any smoothies so he ended up ordering and iced tea. The guy said okay I will have your total at the window. We pulled up to the window sat about 5 mins then the guy that took my order comes to tell me they dont have any iced tea so i asked what they do have he said we have bunch of different kinds of soda, milk and a bunch of juices so I said okay we will take an orange juice and guess what they DIDNT have any orange juice either. OKAY so we have a burger king that has nothing to order or buy hmm ridiculous dont you think and to top it all off the guy I was talking to wouldnt even look me while he was talking kept putting his hand up in front of his face like he was trying to hide and wouldnt speak up so I could hear him I had to keep asking him what he said. Think you need to take another look at why you hired this person and why there wasnt anything to order.Terrible customer service.

I went through the drive-thru earlier this evening (Fri. 2-28-14) and ordered a BBQ Rib sandwich only to be told they were out of Ribs for the sandwich. So, I ordered a Crispy Chicken sandwich and Value Satisfries. The menu advertises all these items for $1.00 on the Value Menu. But after waiting for over 20 minutes in line, they tried to charge me more than the price advertised on the menu. I asked for the manager and a lady came to the window to tell me that she was the manager and that "she had no control over the menu". She proceeded to tell me that I had to pay the higher price if I wanted the items. I asked for the number to a district manager and she refused to give me any number to call. I said she should honor an advertised price on the menu and she just argued with me. I have never seen such a horrible lack of training for a manager and such awful customer service. This place has screwed up just about every order I have ever placed in the past, and this incident finally made me decide to eat elsewhere in the future. This review would be negative stars if were possible.

Ive been coming here for years and only had a few bad experience with them, most of the employees know us because we are there so much.On May 5th 2017 my husband ordered four combos with NO onions on all four due to the fact Im pregnant and allergic to onions. Well when he got home guess what onions on all burgers so we called and spoke with a manager on duty, The manager put our name in a book to come back and they would replace the whole order at no cost. Today May 10th my husband decided to go get the order, the manager on duty name Orlando was very rude told him he was lying had attitude towards him and said he would only replace the burgers after he found the name and the book saying to replace all four meals. Instead of replacing the meals as they were purchased he gave us 4 small drinks and 4 small fries half way filled, very poor customer service from Orlando. I will be calling the 1800 number to file a customer complaint.

I dined at this Burger King last night 4/23/16 at 815-830 pm with my granddaughter and , after getting home an hour later discovered I was having signs and symptoms of food poisoning temp of 100.9 chills nausea and vomiting and diarrhea with weakness d/t these symptoms .I am a Nurse with a major hospital system and am well versed with food poisoning. I called and spoke to the manager there she asked for my phone number....Please be extremely careful of visiting this Burger King as there is probably more spoiled hamburger I said this just happened last night . I will be calling Tx Board of Health on Monday to report this serious health issue.

Went to the drive through for breakfast. Ordering went well and quickly. However, when i pulled up to the window, the guy was arguing with a girl in the back about who did their job and who didnt. He didnt greet me. I said hi and gave him my payment and he processed it and started handing me stuff back, still arguing with the girl. Food came out quickly and i thanked him and he just kind of grunted something and went back to his argument. Food was good, fortunately, but the experience, not so much.

my fish sandwich was burned up. fries were cold, drink was flat., tried to call and there was no answer at restaurant. tried to call the district office. no one answered. I am currently on hold with the corporate office listening to bad elevator music for a while. waiting... waiting... waiting ... Worst food and customer service EVER!!!!!!!! oh they answered. Stephanie was so nice. Sending me a coupon for another burned fish sandwich.Wooo..Woooo. Woooo

I eat here at least once every 10 days because I love their double cheeseburger dinner with large fries and large coke zero...but today I went and when I got home my fries were so over cooked that I couldnt even eat them...this is the first time that Ive had a problem with them and so for today they get 3 stars....normally I would give 5 but not today....

Today I went through drive thru and my order was taken promptly, the guy in drive-thru was very nice, and my food was HOT! Great job BK! I will for sure support this location after this experience. In the past they did have not the best service,but great improvements. Thumbs up!

I dislike this place it took them 30 minutes to make my order inwhich it should only took less then 5 minutes. Then the manager startes to argue with me in front in of my children and husband which Is not professional. This place sucks big time. DO NOT GO HERE.

Attached to a gas station. Theres a small kids area inside with a bunch of video games, but none of them were working. All the tables were dirty with crumbs. Overall it didnt seem very clean inside. Drive thru is usually pretty fast though.

Needs new staff or better manager, this is the only one open in Round Rock area and it isnt really clean when weve gone there. The staff doesnt seem to take their job or customer service seriously.

Honestly this place is disgusting. It is poorly managed, there is trash everywhere. The food is normal burger King, but the establishment is awful.
