The employees here dont seem to care too much about their customers. As a case in point, I ordered a pizza for carry-out. Upon arriving at the restaurant at the time I was told the pizza would be ready, I was informed that my order was not ready yet, but would be coming out shortly. However, as it turned out, one of the cooks had "forgotten" to put cheese on my pizza, and they decided to make a new one for my order. This is commendable, I suppose (disregarding the fact that forgetting to put cheese on a pizza displays a high degree of either incompetence or indifference), but I was not informed that there was a problem with my order. In fact, I waited a good half an hour in the restaurant for my order to be completed. During that time, I inquired about the status of my order on multiple occasions, and was repeatedly assured by the staff that my order was just about ready, even when they knew full well that it would be awhile before it was done. Lying to a customer in such a blatant fashion is simply inexcusable. After half an hour of waiting for food that was supposedly "just about ready", the manager finally brought it out and explained the cause of the delay. But in doing so, he neither apologized, nor offered any compensation for the inconvenience and wasted time. There are much better dining establishments in the vicinity that are more deserving of your business and hard-earned money. Stay away from this one.

If I could give them negative stars I would! I ordered an online order at 10:30 on a Friday night , knowing it was late and they were about to close I called to confirm my order , they told me "Oh , youre Eric Smith , we are working on your order now" I told them thankyou and have a nice night. At 11:05 I called them back , asked if my order had been sent out and they told me yest , she should be there any moment. At 11:15 I call back again and they answer and I let them know "Where is my pizza guys" and then the person who answered ask the driver did you get *not giving my address* delivered? "NO! I GRABBED THOSE OTHER 2" .... great! So then they promise my pizza is on my way. At 11:35 I finally get my order... except it does have any of the sauces I ordered...... the pizza is so damn old the pieces wouldnt even pull apart and we just threw the damn thing away.... with the hard breadsticks. Thankyou Pizzahut in Noble for letting me know that my hometown can always set the bar at an all time low lol atta boy

Great Experience ! New Manager David Kazee was great, checking on us constantly. Our server was Chandler who was terrific. The food was exceptional, met the chef and she did a great job on our pasta with Italian sausage, pasta with meat sauce and our Mother had the fried chicken salad. We all shared bites and everything was great. The pizza was a large supreme on the best thin crust and the toppings were where you got the full flavor in every bite. Most just lump them all over. I compared this to the Pauls Valley Pizza which beat every pizza place we had ever been, mazzios, marcos, all american ect. This hut managed by David K. beat Pauls Valley in speed on the order, SUPER friendly greeting and Chandler had given us better service than what you would get in a full service medium expensive restaurant. We will drive the extra distance from our home to eat here as it is worth the service and food. Highly recommend this hut at 803 N. Main, Noble OK. Stan,Phyllis & Eunice.

Well, we tried eating in again and no change with the exception of the wait staff. She was very nice and apologetic for the long wait. You see, we are the only table seated and eating here. I understand the reason. Most businesses cater to patrons present, first. Not here. Wherever you fall in the order queue thats how long you wait...So, this is a very small community with a full eat in restaurant that has a massive delivery crowd. Either take care of your restaurant or do delivery ONLY. Whenever it gets ready well just take it to go. Then, remember not to eat in again...Hold the phone! Gotta update my review. ***Again, wait staff was awesome. Food was great. They gave us desert and comped our bill. Now that was a bit too nice but, it was enough to make us happy customers. From now on its a good idea to order ahead for dine in especially, if its around dinner time. Now we know. Hope this helps everyone to enjoy their dining experience.

I usually love Pizza hut, especially their origanal hand tossed crust, recently I purchased two large pizzas at this location with hand tossed, I must say it was very poor, the crust was nothing like it is suppose to be and anything like iv had many times before, the sauce tasted like rust and the crust was flat and hard, like it was old or something. It was to be something to do with this particular resteraunt , because nit long after this experence I was visiting a friend in Norman who just happened to have ordered pizza that evening, it was perfect, the sauce the crust and everything, so I know the chain didnt make some kind of change, it had to be managment or old surpluse being used in the Noble store...I doubt very seriously I will use the Noble store again, and unless some serious change is made .

We ordered 3 pizzas at 10pm,they arrived at 11:30pm, when they arrived all 3 were wrong, one had no cheese, 2 had no sauce, they were thin crust instead of hand tossed and the crust flavors were left off. When we called to complain we were told the mistakes were made because they were "swamped." They offered to give us a discount, a whole 30% off of a future order, an order that will never be placed. Do not waste your money at the noble pizza hut, go to pizza peddlers or drive to norman and get Dominos.

Only two stars because the food is still good, they did not get the black olives on my pizza as ordered and very very slow service total turnaround 1 hour, I used to go once every 3 weeks but weve had illnesses in the family so we have not been in 6 months apparently they had Personnel changes and I would say its not for the better.......

I gave 3 stars because the clerk was kind and friendly. The pizza was not overcooked but there were gaps of no cheese or toppings on both Pizzas. When I served them, some slices had cheese and some had no more than a few bites with toppings. The rest was sauce and bread. Waste of money. Disappointed.

They didnt get my online order due to some sort of technical error and they happily fixed the issue and were super kind and quick to help me out! They also gave me a free bread stick order for my wait!!! Great service! Thank you guys

3 stars because hey its Pizza Hut. This location I found to be clean and a friendly staff. If a mistake is made they fix it. I enjoy the fresh food. Lunch Buffet here is small and no salad bar, but you can special request.
