I gave this Pizza Hut five stars because it has always proven itself to have great food and great service. The staff is very friendly and helpful and is quick to seat customers as they arrive. The waitress we had helping us at each visit was always kind and very attentive. Our drinks were kept full and if there were any delays with our food the serving waitress made sure we were informed and updated until the meal arrived. Great value as well! Ten dollar pizzas are easy on the wallet and always tasty! The restaurant itself is one of the older looking ones in this area, but the atmosphere is still welcoming and not at all shabby. Great spot for a date, after game meal, or family dinner.

Pizza Hut always has awesome pizza but the service and management was terrible. Waitress said any toppings for 6.99 each (medium) so we ordered two pizzas and an order of wings. Waitress forgot to put the wings in the order and we didnt receive them until 30 mins after we ordered them and we had to take them to go. She never checked up on us and I had I get up multiple times to go to the front desk and ask for things. When it was time to pay they wanted to charge extra for the cheese when the waitress clearly told me "ANY TOPPINGS FOR $6.99". The male at the front desk was rude when I told him the price didnt add up......but oh well. Never going to that place again.

As unbiased as this may be, because i work here, i cant disagree with most complaints. Everyone has their own expectations along side their experiences. Though the negative in some cases might weigh more than the positive at times working as a server, a consistent amd more prominent state of integrity has been gained working here just by serving you! Our soda was flat and when we told the waitress she replied that she already knew they were flat! Then why were we not at least warned before being served flat soda??? So we asked what soda wasnt flat. To which she replied. "Well I know for sure the Pepsi is but not sure about the rest. Do you wanna try them?" Um why would I want to try a bunch of flat soda?? Then our pizza came, FINALLY! The sauce tasted soured and half the dough was still raw! I will NEVER eat there again.

Was given a 30 minute delivery time frame. After an hour of no delivery, I called the store for an update, and the extremely rude girl told me to wait 15 more minutes and hung up without letting me say anything else. I called back and asked for a supervisor, and was put on hold for 10 minutes only to be hung up on again. Needless to say its been past the 15 minutes, and still no delivery.

Ate at Pizza Hut at Morgan in Harlingen. So disappointed. Food was good, service was good. Window sills were so dusty! Our window had a dead fly. Other customers complatined of live flies. Then we noticed dust on all the lamps over tables. I guess cleanliness is not important to managers or workers! What a shame !

Placed order online and expected delivery time was 8:17 pm called at 8:31 pm to check on status and all they could say was " Oh we dont have any control over delivery times online it coukd take an hr to one a half. Only reason I ordered delivery was because of cold and rainy weather and I have kids. So absurd!!!!!

It was an Exquisite delightful for one to experience with the servers of an outstanding job (#Bluerissa) <--- for the food it was beyond magically delicious as if Chuck Norris was riding on a unicorn (nude), highly recommend for one to visit and dont forget to tip your beautiful waitresses ;)

The worst pizza Hut in town!!,2 hours wait on dinner!!! Called back they couldnt find my order and yet took my money out of our debit!!!! Well now to wait another 45 to hr. For our free order and finally got heads up from another pizza Hut manager and our money is getting refunded!!!!

I love love this pizza hut better then any pizza hut I have ever been to. Please dont close it down like you have the rest of them. Keep at least one of them open for dine in. Harlingen will never be the same if you close this one down

Personally, I think the food definitely tastes a lot better when you can sit down and dine in after getting it straight from the oven. Carryout is not as great, but still delivers a solid pizza that tastes good.
