Lets see I have had three horrid experiences with this Pizza Hut. why I am stupid enough to keep going back I have no idea. The first time I ordered: I called and ordered two large pizzas, nothing too elaborate other than the fact that I asked for no sauce on mine. Imagine my surprise when my pizza shows up and it has extra sauce on it. I called back but apparently they closed 5 minutes after delivering my order. When I called the next day and spoke with Tom, the general manager, he placed a credit on my account but was pretty rude about the whole thing. A few days later I decided to try again. Usually when they do not give a delivery time it means they should be there in 30 minutes, when 30 minutes comes and goes with no pizza, I called. They informed me that my pizza was on its way. An hour later , still no pizza. I called, again the response I got was "its on its way". An hour and a half later I am still waiting for my pizza so I call back and cancel my order. The shift leader Stella was very hostile to me at this point. I told her I would be contacting her manager the next day. When I called to talk to Tom, he was very hateful and even accused me of using profanity which was not the case. Then today....ah today, I ordered the PZone that they are going on and on about. When it arrives (in the time frame they told me, mind you) I was thrilled, until he hands me one Pzone. I ordered two. Apparently Stella is also hard of hearing as well. Needless to say, the PZone had very little meat and almost no cheese. Basically what I had just paid for were a couple of bread sticks with a few pepperonis thrown on it. When the driver got back to the store he called us to find out what it was we needed he then proceeded to charge us again for something they didnt add to my order in the first place. They dont take accountability for their actions, they are rude, unprofessional and should really learn how to actually deal with people. Customer service does not mean squat to them, and yes, I did contact corporate offices and will be speaking to the area manager in the next couple of days.

Wanted to order a pizza that was a promotional deal that I saw on Pizza Hut commercial. After ordering my pizza the price came out to be more then the promotional deal, not including tax. When I asked to speak to the manager about it the manager was rude, uninformative, and denied to give me the price that was on the commercial. The manager said things to me like, "the customer is not always right" and "My employee that took your order already gave you a 2 dollar discount for nothing and if it was up to me I wouldnt even give you that but since he quoted you a price for your order Im obligated to honor it". When I called the pizza hut on interstate drive the first thing they said when they picked up the phone was to ask if I was interested in the promotional deal that I wanted from this pizza hut in the first place and there were no issues at all getting what I wanted from the other Pizza Hut. Dont order from this one; the management is unprofessional, rude, and has absolutely no idea how valuable of good customer service is or even what it is at all.

If one doesnt see a trend in these reviews...reading comprehension may not be your forte. To the rest...i would add to the negative reviews on this particular Pizza Hut by saying that i have now been in there twice thinking the first time was probably an anomaly, that they were just busy on a snowy day. This is not the case. Look, i love PH pizza, worked there in college and if it wasnt for PH, i would have starved days on end...so yeah, you could say im a fan. Honestly, this particular site...just plain sux. The food itself is fine...when its right, but the staff is uptight and unfriendly. I could give you the scenario but...its really not important. Bottom line...you wanna risk your money on the product fine...knock yourself out, as for me, im going to Sandros or Hideaway and pay a little extra for a quality product and great service. I placed an order to go and as soon as I arrived the lady in the back noticed me standing at the counter, instead of greeting me and helping me, she made 4 pizzas in front of me while I stood and watched. I tried to get her attention and instead of helping me she looked back down at the pizza she was making WITHOUT GLOVES ON. So, if you like being ignored, head-scratching-no-glove-wearing pizza makers and 15 minutes of staring at the trash on the floor behind the counter, be sure to go to this particular Pizza Hut. DO NOT USE THIS PIZZA HUT. Their delivery time is way later then what it told to you if you order online. Both times our pizza has shown up at least half a hour late. And both times it was cold. The 2nd time we told the driver that is was cold and he said that he would take it back and have it remade. We also called the store to tell Megan how he acted as he left and just to reassure that we still want pizza but we want it hot like its supposed to be. She gave us a discount and assured us that the pizza will arrive hot. Well see when it gets here in 45 minutes.

What a horrible BIRD BOY that delivered to us!! Avoid this pizza hut if you get the tall skinny delivery driver without a name tag and the bird nose. I order from here occasionally and havent had an issue. There are a few employees that you can tell from their body language that they dont want to be there, but no one has been rude. The food has always been hot and tasted like it should. Also, when its slow, the food is often made faster than their estimated wait time, which is awesome.

I arrived at this Pizza Hut at 9:40 and the guy told me it takes 20 minutes to make an order so he couldnt take my order because they close in 15 minutes. You close at 10! Make the damn pizza. And these are they people who want to make $15 an hour. Cant stay a couple minutes late. Smh.

Slow service and unhelpful with coupon. Waited at counter for a while before being noticed while lady prepped pizza without gloves on after handling cash register. I thought Cleveland County had strict policies on food handlers and hand washing/gloving while working in food prep.

I love Pizza Huts pizza! I always pick it up myself, so cant speak about delivery. My pizza is always hot and fresh, and I love those big cookies with Hersheys chocolate chips. The people who wait on me are friendly. They usually have specials, too.
