If I could give zero stars I would. Have lived in Georgetown a year now. Have dined in at this Pizza Hut 3 times and have ordered for delivery and carry out about 10 times total. Every time we get delivery it takes over an hour, sometimes up to 2 hours and when you call to inquire there is no explanation as to why it is late or any type of apology. Every time time we have done delivery our sauces have not been included as to which we are told "a note will be made on your account to credit you next time you order" which is also never done. One time my husband did carry out instead and when he talked to the manager about this the manager acted like he was lying and basically argued over a 50 cent sauce. Carry out is usually a nightmare too. Long lines of people waiting to pick up with little to no acknowledgement by staff of whats going. No apologies or offers to make anything better. WITH THE COMBINATION OF TERRIBLE REVIEWS ON GOGGLE AND YELP, YOU WOULD THINK THE THE OWNER OR CORPORATE LEVEL WOULD BE CONCERNED!

this place has been around forever and the decor shows that lol. but the service and food are great and delicious as always! one of the best experiences ive had in ages! when i went in i was promptly greeted and had my drink and appetizer order taken as soon as i sat down at my booth. they got the first part of my order to me hot and fresh and it was perfectly made. I got the cheese sticks (which i highly recommend). then when the sever came to take my pizza order she brought a refill without me even asking for one and i didnt realize i needed one till she came over with it. my pizza came out faster than expected and it was hot and fresh and delicious. i even ordered a dessert and i must say the chocolate dunkers are "heaven on a breadstick for chocolate lovers" as described by one the managers. overall it was a very pleasant experience and i would totally recommend this place to anyone who ask.

absolutely worst Pizza Hut I have ever done business with. Ordered two medium pizzas one thin crust pepperoni, one hamburger thin crust. The "kid" who took my order had been there 1 month and messed up my address so instead of my pizzas getting there in 45 minutes, they got to me in 1 hour and thirty minutes. Seems the "order taker kid" wrote down 211 instead of 2111 for my address. The driver had to call me and we had to straighten out the correct address. The pizzas were cold when I got them. I called the manager at this Georgetown location and told her about the comedy of errors I had and although the manager did offer to make me a free pizza the next time I wanted one, this situation has happened before at this location and I was done with the Georgetown Pizza Hut. I advise anyone NOT to do business with this franchise.

I ordered a couple of pizzas for an office function. I placed the order at 4:50 and was told delivery would be within one hour. When I called to check on the order, I was told they didnt know where we were located, yet nobody had called to ask directions. We are a very visible business, right on the I-35 frontage road about 2 miles from the Pizza Hut. When I called at 6:05 to check on the order, they seemed very confused, told me maybe I wasnt in their zone, then we were, but their GPS was not accurate along I-35. They promised a quick delivery within 20 minutes. It is now 45 minutes later and no call and no sign of pizza. It was disappointing for my staff and horrible customer service. The Georgetown Pizza Hut has lost my business and hurt their reputation

aweful. i went there with my grandmother, brother and two cousins, because my grandmother saw an ad for a pizza, ten breadsticks, and ten cinnamon sticks. she went online for a coupon for this and the option said either carryout or dine in. we went there to dine in and they would not give us cups. there were only five breadsticks and five cinnamon sticks, barely half of a pizzas worth, and the food wasnt even good. there was only two napkins per table, not nearly enough for my 4 and 7 year old cousins. i dont ever want to go here ever again. i dont know how this place has stayed in business for so long. it doesnt even deserve one star. i would not recommend this to anyone. dont eat here ever!

Horrible. Put an order in for 2 personal pan pizza and chicken Alfredo online, was supposed to be delivered at 1202pm on a tuesday..... called the store at 1210pm to see what is going on and 1)put me on hold because she didnt see my order 2)was put on hold for 4 min. 3) was told ohhhhh you order is out for delivery you should have it in 5-10 min. Wow an hour after I placed my order online and I still havent got it..... was told they couldnt do anything for me, except a credit.... no thanks I just wont order from yall again. Dominos will have my business from now on. Ridiculous

Never had any real issues with this location. Delivery time is almost always accurate. Once went to pick up an order for 4 pizzas on my break from work and I had called maybe 30 minutes before they closed and they had it ready in 30 minutes and pizza tasted fine. Only dined in once at this location and service then was fine as well. My family and I have been ordering from this location for many years now as they are the only ones I know of locally that have stuffed crust. They will continue to have us as customers as long as the quality of the pizza stays the same.

Twice now this location does not provide any type of in store service. On 9/19/15 we arrived at the store and were told set anywhere. No one ever came to the table to ask for drink orders or even provide menus. After 10 minutes we left our seats discussed with the continuing poor service. We asked to speak to a manager and waited and waited. No mgr. This store had plenty of help behind the counter making Pizza. The owner should be more present to correct service issues.

Placed an order at 1:10 P.M. estimated delivery was 1:50 PM. I called at 2:15 PM and the driver had been calling the wrong phone number even though they had the correct number at the store. Instead of going and being able to have lunch for the day I am now stuck in meetings without anything to eat. Thanks Pizza Hut. Good job, I didnt realize being able to effectively use a phone was not part of your employees job descriptions. .

Poorly managed Pizza Hut. Unprofessional wait staff, unclean bathrooms, run down interior, and employees cars in the close spots, guests park and walk. Their product was ok, but the salad bar looked scary.

This location does not do what one orders a while ago order a large pizza hawaiin and when I went to pick it up I had a wing order. Very bad service this has happened to me before on other orders.
