Ive had several bad experiences at this location but unfortunately its the only one even remotely close to our house. After today I just had to write a review. For as busy as this location is they need better management. All the employees here who are over age 25 always seem miserable. And all the millenials appear to have zero problem solving skills whether it be fixing problems with orders or figuring out how to talk to people. Today there was a long line inside in addition to a line on the side of the counter that had formed for drink refills and problems with orders. I stood in this line for a drink refill for 8 min. Three times, two managers (including a Training Director) walked by and just stared, then turned around and walked off. Not one person asked what anyone needed or was waiting for; no acknowledgement and no direction given to any staff on how to remedy the situation, just ignoring. Finally a young man who worked there must have been bothered enough by the line, that in addition to working his register, came over to help people get drink refills. And beyond this particular experience, this location NEVER has anyone who walks around to ask if you need anything and they dont do a family night (buy one get one free). I dont know what all the other positive reviews are for, because this is one of the worst locations Ive ever been to and Ive lived in 4 different cities in the past six years.

I never have bad experiences at Chick Fil A....Ever! Thats what I love about it. Always consistent on product and service and you can usually count on getting in and out quickly on your lunch hour. But this location is horrible! A couple weeks ago, I ordered the Cobb salad with grilled chicken. The girl asked me 3 or 4 times about the type of chicken at the speaker which I confirmed as the grilled nuggets. When getting to the window (finally) they first hand me the Market Fresh salad. After returning it to the window the girl yells to her coworkers that I changed my mind. Nope....didnt change it...its not what I ordered. So 2nd try they give me the correct salad but with fried chicken. I return it a 2nd time. The manager then brings me the 3rd salad and apologizes and assures me its correct. When I get back to work I realize they had dumped the sliced chicken from the market salad onto mine, which is completely different in flavor and texture and not what goes with the Cobb. This is after sitting in a line for almost 30 min! So today I run into the same long line at 1:30pm I have seen this location have the extra help at the drive thru taking orders on tablets but they seem to cut off the extra help mid way through the lunch hour. Atleast keep them working the line until 2 or when the line backs up to the intersection!

Ill start by saying that Chick fil A is one of our favorite, "go to", places to eat. We have enjoyed Chick fil As all over the southeast part of the country for a number of years and love the great service, food and attitudes of all their employees. However, this Chick fil A needs help! My family and I have been to this restaurant several times and we have yet to have an order that wasnt wrong. The attitudes of the employees and management is luke warm at best...no smiles and most look as if they would rather be anywhere but there. Customer service is lacking here. I have ordered salads on a few visits and every one of them not only had browned lettuce, but also included the salad core/stem! Other food orders have had to be returned for corrections and we have never gotten the first apology. Also, not much community involvement or special nights here for kids/families. What a shame because this is one of the fastest growing communities in the country and this owner is missing the boat. I see poor leadership and management and wonder how the owner or corporate can allow substandard performance from a restaurant in an area like this. I pray that someone builds a new Chick fil A here in Georgetown, until then, well be driving to Round Rock...

Went last week and ordered the Cobb salad wow what a mistake the lettuce was old and brown. Parts of it were black, most of the what was supposed to be on the Cobb was not even on the salad. The chicken was chewy and had so much black pepper on it i could not even eat it. The worst salad i have ever had. I have had better salads from MacDonalds . They did not even put that much of the what they did put on the salad on .. a few bits of corn and some eggs. I had to search thru the old lettuce for that as it was. Never again.

This location always does an outstanding job with service, sense of urgency, and making customers feel at home. I was absolutely pleased with the level of professionalism that the young staff showed this evening when I went to pick up dinner. Alex and Isaac (most likely teenagers) took my order and served me at the window. They were impressive to say the least. The young manager, Garrett (probably early 20s), was on top of his game. Thank you for serving and loving the people of Georgetown!

People very nice with good attitudes that I have come to expect from almost all Chick-fil-A locations. The food is always good, but SO, so slow. Half to quarter speed would be a good discriptor. It has now happened twice in recent memory passing through Georgetown. Once i got my order an employee was very apologetic and coupons were given. Still It was just so slow any other fast food business is now an option when it never was before going through gtown.

I like the food pretty well for fast food. The lines of this place made us drive away, we checked other food options and returned! The lines were a little shorter by then. They were making their workers take our orders outside in literal 98 degree weather. Why?! We can order with the electronic ordering process or go inside. It was cruel to have them out there for no good reason!!!!!!!!

Bought 6 meals for adults, 2 kids meals. Complained about giving me 2 bags to carry all the food. Salad was wilted and forgot 2 sandwiches. Shpwed the receipt and it was still a problem. This is the best place to go to spend alot of money to have someone treat you like you came to their job and bothered them. Just remember we chose to eat here, and we cam choose to not come back.

Poor service they were out of several things on a Monday afternoon, after selecting one of the few things left on the menu the order was wrong and the young lady at the drive through was very rude to my elderly mother making a joke out of her being hard of hearing when in fact she is! thanks for a disappointment.

Those tasty delicious biscuits and chicken can wait just like I can. This place is always so crowded and the tables inside are dirty. The play area smells like urine. The folks are nice and the drive through is fast so thats why they earned 3 stars. There are 4 other chicken places around go check them out.
