The Food at this establishment is above all other Italian restaurants in Harlingen and kicks the pizza competitors butts! The pizza is delicious when fresh but the crust is so thin that it quickly becomes soggy. The Stromboli is phenomenal as are the calzones! The pasta is exceptional and the wings are great; no breading, just fried and sauced. They always have many people working, however they tend to be unorganized and will just call people up to take their order without regards to who was there first. The owner and another guy who is always there tend to be rude at times. During one of my visits, a customer was complimenting the owner and ignored them because there were many customers. I thought an aknowledgment would have sufficed . They also stare and that can be uncomfortable. Granted that this restaurant is blowing up and crazy with business you would think they would respect their clientele and make it a friendlier atmosphere. I keep coming back because the food is just THAT GOOD. customer service is really the only area that could use improvement.

Ive ordered about three times from this place. The first two times were alright. They delivered the pizza on time, the phone receptionist was very friendly, and they were very willing to make adjustments to satisfy the customer. But this last time was horrible. The pizza seemed soggy, almost as if undercooked or they didnt drain the vegetables correctly and the water seeped into the bread? Then, they forgot the bleu cheese for our wings, so I called up right after and they said it would be here within ten minutes, which seemed odd because the driver just took off, but I agreed. The delivery guy got here about 30 minutes later with only one 1.5oz packet of bleu cheese for a dozen wings in a plastic bag. Im very much regretting tipping the guy $5. So if youre thinking about ordering from this place, Id recommend checking out other options. Soggy or undercooked pizza, missed items in the order, and crappy delivery was enough for me to say: Ill never order from this place again.

Ive had their pizza delivered for business meetings and always enjoyed it. However, after finally visiting their restaurant Im blown away. You pick your slices from the refrigerated display case which are 90% prepared (just not cooked until you order it). This is the perfect opportunity to SEE their menu in person. Feta cheese? Meatballs? Margarita Chicken? Getting to see it before you order it really helps, especially if you want to try something other than a pepperoni pizza (which is also good).

Pizza was reheated and was very dry. We are from San Antonio and were looking for a great pizza place.. was not impressed. The female staff seemed irritated when ordering. My son showed his picture of him tagged in at facebook and the lady immediately started to deny him the free piece they advertised. We really didnt want a free piece he is 5 and was just excited to show his check in. Im sorry but Brownsville so far is not a friendly town :/

Last night I wrote a scathing review of my experience with the pizzeria, my negative experience with management and one consistently poorly trained employee. This morning I received an apologetic phone call from the owner. He was gracious, humble and kind. So Im back in as a loyal customer as long as they keep the quality control in place. Thank you to the owners. Few men ever admit there shortcomings. Color me impressed. Thank you.

Once a great place to take family for great pizza and italian foods. My last visit found this once thriving place a little in the unkept side and menu prices had been raised a little to high for the food quality and quantity. Customer Service was lacking. I was disappointed since this was once a great place for me to take out my family. Will try again one more time in the near future and see if CS improves and hoping food hotter.

Passing through Harlingen, stopped here. Because there are no good non-chain casual pizza places in the McAllen Mission area. Ordered two cheese slices, basic staple of a pizza place, and they were very good. Calzones and strombolis, my usual go-to, looked great. Wish they werent so far from where I live. Ended up getting a third slice, cheddar and broccoli on white Alfredo sauce. Very good!

Horrible Customer Service by OWNER Alex - I would not have even given one star due to the arrogant and rude behavior of the owner "Alex". One of his employees took my order down in error and when he came on the phone he demanded to know "what my problem was" then refused to comp the order. Reported to BBB. No regard for the customer.

A welcomed departure from the chain pizza joints. The pizza by the slice option lets first timers get a good sampling of what the restaurant offers. You cant go wrong with anything off their menu. Friendly staff and good service has me always coming back for more. The garlic knots are a must have.

This place is AWESOME!! Its one of those places that, when I start thinking about making a trip to the Valley, I know I just HAVE to come here. The stromboli is amazing as is the eggplant parmesan pizza. The portions are pretty large, so dont let your eyes dictate to your stomach how much you get.

This place used to be awesome, food is great but service has dropped a whole lot recently. The employees look like they dont want to be there and they roll their eyes when asking a question. This happens a lot during the night, I would have to go in the daytime if possible. What happened?

Very good pizza. Baked perfectly and tasty toppings. Will definitely return. Would have given 5 stars but I called in my order and was told my pizza would be ready in 10-15 minutes. When I arrived in 20 minutes, pizza was not done & had to wait 15 more minutes.

This place is reminiscent of the excellent pizza back in NY. The pizza is perfect and the sauce is SO good. The customer service is awesome and the prices are comparable to that of any other great restaurant. You definitely get what you pay for...and it is GOOD!

Pizza is the best that Ive had in Harlingen. I live in Brownsville, but sometimes Ill come up here just for the pizza that they serve here. Try their meatlovers stromboli, its what I always get, but Ive yet to try anything that tasted unpleasant.

Really enjoy the pizza here. You can get it by the slice or a whole pizza. Try their garlic knots from the counter, theyre tasty and youll order some for certain. I like getting the pepperoni slices and add bacon and chicken... Delicious!

When they first opened the pizza was the best in the area, but now it is so variable and pricey that I now go elsewhere. They are the reason that other places have started to make pizza like it is made up north, not south of here.

Ordered on line and arrived as the website stated the pizza would be finished. 45 minutes for 1 pizza??? And as I wait there is no apology. Just says its got 2 minutes left. 10 minutes later FINALLY brings out the single pizza.
