We were greated when we walked in when someone yelled "COUNTER" then someone flew into the back. As another girl started to take my order I stated I wanted one thing and she cut me of and says "is that all for you today". Well obviously not there are two of us here. I told her no I had other things to order. She was speaking so fast I stuttered and felt stupid. Before I knew it she was gone and another girl was in her place. This one rushed me through the rest of my order. I paid and didnt even move over yet and she yelled in my face to help the next customer. Not even a second later her phone is going off and she she is texting right at the counter. Another employee was in the dining room and the manager was right there also, she gave him a free meal while yelling across the counter. I was so confused. She had to see how all these employees are working. Another employee was outside on her phone while taking the garbages out. Loud, obnoxious, rude staff. I do hope the company reads this and helps management and the staff get some training on customer service and professionalism.

We have The Our Town and All-Around Town Book paid for coupon and decided to hit breakfast on the way to church this Easter. When I ordered, the order taker Michael took my order for the buy one get breakfast sandwich. A girl came to the speaker and informed me to "read my coupon, no doubles." I read my coupon through the speaker verbatim, "We invite you to enjoy one complimentary BREAKFAST SANDWICH when a second BREAKFAST SANDWICH of equal or greater value is purchased. Valid Anytime During Breakfast hours (valid only at regular non-discounted price)(not valid with any other discount offer)(present coupon before ordering) She repeated herself. I proceeded to inform her to have a nice Easter, and went straight to McDonalds. Happy Easter, we will not be back.

Everyone was polite and friendly except they let us order our food then the manager told us we had 2 minutes to eat and leave we would have went somewhere else if we would have been told ahead time instead of trying to hurry up and eat like that I doudt I will go back there for that reason

Items were missed from our order. When we took the bags back in to correct it, they said we didnt order nuggets, which was convenient for them since they stiffed us a receipt. Staff and manager were very rude. Will spend money at a competitor on next trip through.

Dont go to this BK... I literally saw a verbal altercation at the drive thru, waited for 15 min "off to the side" for a simple coupon order, and had to walk inside to find out they had lost the order and then gave me the wrong food... Absolute clusterf**k...

Terribly slow service. Employees seemed disinterested in assisting customers. The bathroom smelled like a hospital room. For toilet paper, they had a paper towel roll on the floor in between the stalls. AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very rude. Try listening to your customers and paying attention. Just had a allergic reaction to the onions when I said no onions. You need to hire more intelligent people. Your customer service skills are not the greatest.

This is an ok location. I stopped getting chicken nuggets from this location, when they have the special deal on them I always get old nuggets. Everything else I have bought was good.

Just left there, order was completely wrong from drive thru, no cheese on sandwiches, got onion rings we didnt order, didnt get order of our fries, no ice in coke. TERRIBLE!!
