I think Im going to have to stop going to BurgerFi for a while. The last two times I went were not pleasant experiences. A couple of weeks ago, I decided to try their Fi on the Fly (online ordering) service to save time. Not only did it take twice as long for me to get my food, but they also forgot parts of my order. Thankfully I checked before I left, but then I had to wait in line for someone to correct it. They also forgot to give me the drink I ordered and when I told the guy at the counter, his response was, "yeah." Not the greatest customer service. The burger was sloppy and the fries were burnt. Then a week ago, I decided to give BurgerFi another shot. This time I just went inside to order. I wasnt a busy evening, but it took forever for the food to come. I must have waited close to an hour before my order was ready. While I waited, about six or seven people came back up to the counter because their orders were wrong. I felt bad for the woman at the counter who had to put in new orders for the kitchen. Seriously, half a dozen people were given the wrong orders. When I finally go my food, once again the burger was sloppy and half cooked. The fries were terrible. At this point I was already home and was not going back. Ive never had a problem with BurgerFi, but lately their customer service and the quality of the food has gone way down. I dont think Ill be going back for a while.

Wonderful burgers! The best onion rings I think Ive ever had! Good fries, too, I might add... A very helpful and kind staff as well. I dont give 5 ⭐s for nothing! Had a selection there to please everyone, including the most finicky little 4 year old alive. (She ate the WHOLE burger, no problem!) Coca~Cola products to choose from, with all the flavor additives at the fountain, and offer Honest juice packs for the tikes... Serve beer as well.They have a tempting array of desserts, too... Although I passed on it, they had some delightful choices, from milkshakes (a whole new breed of flavors!) to custard. (Im thinking frozen custard...?) My take on the menu and cost is that its better than great, and very affordable. One other note to mention is that the night I was there, they had live entertainment in the (large!) outdoor seating area. (Plenty of indoor seating as well, and Im in love with their ceiling fans! I want one!) I will most definitely be making this place my regular for any type of "fast food" (but not!)... If you havent been, its time to go!

Burger Fi puts a lot of effort into doing things the right way. Their burgers are nothing but pure beef, cooked well, and all the toppings are good too. They use Martins brand potato buns for both hot dogs and hamburgers, by the way, for anyone who needs to know the ingredients. Beyond the burgers and hot dogs, they have a big selection of sodas, beers, and even wines, and then theres the frozen custard. Its amazingly smooth and creamy, much better than your average soft serve ice cream from other places. Theyll also use it to makes floats and what they call "concretes", which I havent tried but which sound delicious. Their fries are properly fried in oil twice for the best taste, and have almost always been perfectly crispy (I had limp fries only once). Definitely well worth a visit. A meal of a hamburger, fries, and a drink will start you at about $12-15, though you can fill up a bit more cheaply if needed. Burgers are about $6 and up on their own, and hot dogs just under $4, though theyre thick so theyre enough for a meal with fries or onion rings.

Wasnt blown away. The atmosphere is nice. Just had Burger21 for the first time last week and they set the bar pretty high. So I ordered the same style burger; lettuce, tomato, bacon, grilled onions and fried egg (out of onion rings.) Annnd my biggest disappointment is the patty size, they say cooked medium but a patty thats not much bigger than 1/4", you can only cook to so much of a temperature. On at least a 1/2" patty, proper cooking temperatures can be achieved. A breakfast burger was ordered too and once again, out of another item, maple syrup. Kind of an important ingredient for that burger right? Either way, I get its all about having a free-range, grassfed cow meat. Just wish it was more of an actual burger patty and not so "Wendys looking." Also the burger buns are more like potato rolls that should get toasted on the grilltop, in my opinion. Fries were just fries, nothing over the top that would make them stand out. Ehh not bad but no wow factor here. Onto my next burger adventure....

BurgerFi is a good alternative to a full service sit down restaurant and a standard fast food chain. The Altamonte branch has great customer service and we will definitely go back. Food: You are going to get a better quality burger here than at MOST other restaurants, even full service restaurants and their closest competitor (to my mind), 5 Guys. Their beef is good quality, never frozen, and the rest of their ingredients seem very high quality as well. The sides and desserts are all above average, but it is the burgers that would make me want to come here the most. Drink: They have an above average selection of craft beer available, and they serve wine as well (which I have never tried). If you have standard tastes, you can probably find something you like. Ambiance: No complaints from me. I typically prefer few/no TVs in a restaurant, but Im probably in the minority.

Sadly my first and last time going here. Saw the reviews and was excited to try it since we are close. Placed an online order for 2 burgers, 2 cry and fries, 2 drinks and 2 desserts. Got there was handed a bag with a burger and fry. The person handing us the order couldnt figure out what was missing..... so had to get a manager to figure it all out. Reading a receipt must be hard. Anyways after 30 mins ( we placed the online order so we wouldnt have to wait long) we finally got almost everything we ordered. Still was never given our lemonade with strawberry , but got tired of waiting so gave up. Its pretty bad when you are so tired of a place that you actually leave money behind.... the burgers were good, but the horrible service over shadowed the food which is a real shame. In case an employee is reading this order number was 25700551 on sunday, December 20th at 545 pm.

First time there today. Burgers were good, fries were....awful. If youve ever seen a wet brown paper bag, thats how our fries looked. At first, I thought they were supposed to be that way...Unfortunately I found out later as my stomach started rumbling, staring at the pictures on the menu, they were NOT supposed to be dark brown. A quick squeeze of a fry confirmed the worse...grease, literally DRIPPING from the fry. I looked around for a manager, apparently there wasnt one, the place was being run by kids, who couldnt care less what the product looks like...these fries should have never made it out of the kitchen. They wont be around long serving food like this.

The place was so clean and modern, the sliding doors at the entrance was a first for a burger joint! The staff were very friendly and knowledgable specifically Jojo. She made our experience even better... Ok lets get to the food, OMG the burgers are amazing and the quality of ingredients they use is unbelievable! I swear you have to try it if you are in the area. Even my son was impressed with his organic 100% natural apple juice in a cool looking jar. I feel like no expense was spared to fill our bellys! Two thumbs up guys!
