I first went to the BurgerFi location in Delray Beach, and was enthralled with my experience. The burgers were delicious and the fries were to die for. The atmosphere seemed upbeat, fun, and casual. There was no need to put on a little black dress and heels in order to feel like I was part of the crowd. When I moved to Winter Park, I was dying for one of their cheeseburgers. They were juicy, and the fact that BurgerFi uses natural ingredients (as stated on their signs in a few of their locations) was a great bonus. Sure, the juice from the burger might get all over your fingers if you arent careful, but the taste is worth it in the end. Be careful if you ever try a B.A.D. Burger (breakfast all day, including an egg). Ive witnessed someone trying to eat that massive behemoth, and it was definitely a sight to see. I would recommend BurgerFi as a place to go, and its worth the price. My only advice would be to stay away from the parmesan fries, they arent worth the money. Id stick with the regular fries, unless youre feeling adventurous and need more of a cheese fix.

First off, BurgerFi has a fantastic location. Park Ave is great for lots of reasons and BurgerFi is in a great spot there for people watching. The food is pretty dang good too. My wife likes their burgers the most, but Im partial to their hotdogs. They used to have a Chicago style dog but got rid of it several months ago. Its unfortunate, but the NY dog is good. Theyve made changes to the menu in other places that seem a bit silly. Theyve always had awesome food, but theyre screwing around with it and trying to be more like ShakeShack. We go to both because theyre different and both really good. You can park in front along the street, but theres a parking lot behind the building thats not really well known. Your best bet is to try there. Eat outside if you can. Lots of room and covered. Something lacking elsewhere in Orlando.

My husband, daughter, grandson, and I met my son and his fiance at the Winter Park BurgerFi location for dinner on a Tuesday evening at about 6:30 pm. As we approached the restaurant, we could hear the music playing and see that there were quite a few tables outside, with more inside. This is a smaller space than the other location Ive been to, but I think the space is put to good use here. We selected a large table inside and we were able to have good conversations, even though the music was a bit loud. The fries and the hamburgers each of us had were all delicious. Everyone was impressed with the quality of the hamburgers! Over all, this was a fun evening with the family in a fun and festive atmosphere with delicious, juicy hamburgers and good fries to accompany our meal!

I like this place alot. I do not think i would say they are better than Five Guys though... but they are a close 2nd as far as food is concerned. My biggest complaint with BurgerFi -- is price! By the time you price out the BurgerFi Cheeseburger, Regular fries, regular drink... it is $13.00!! So even though their food is comparable to Five Guys, to me... they are over-priced! I mean, $2.77 for a drink...!? $2.77 for a regular fries...?! I guess they have to pay for that expensive rent space on Park Ave, somehow. But at these prices - i would venture to guess BurgerFi will not catch up to Five Guys. Not when Five Guys food is equally good (or better), and a tad cheaper.

BurgerFi has my favorite burger in Orlando! I typically go for the cheeseburger - a classic to be sure - but they have a variety of styles including a breakfast burger. Price may be slightly higher than some other burger joints, but not outrageous. Especially considering you get a large quality burger. Nice and juicy but not overly greasy. Fries come in a larger size (think five guys) so they are great to share. When I have friends in town to visit I make sure to take them here at least once! Though one person loved it so much we went back three times during his visit. If you are in the mood for a fantastic burger, you will not be disappointed!

Went with friends who had placed their order just before me. Their order was delivered to the table in approx. 5 minutes. When mine didnt come I went inside to the counter and asked where my order was. The "Manager" said he was looking all over for me and accused me of having my purse over my detector which is why they couldnt find me. I told him it was in my hand the whole time and he accused me of lying!!! Really!!! Will never go back . . . and honestly didnt think the food was that great. Shake Shack is 100% better and the people there have never accused me of lying! You can keep your pan fried burger . . . not worth the price or the hassle.

I had placed an order over the phone and when I arrived to pick it up I waited for 5 minutes and no one greeted me. I had to grab someones attention before they gave me my order. And they didnt even give me a receipt, which would have been no big deal, except when I got home and tried to bite into an onion ring all I got was onion peel. When I called over the phone to get a refund the manager asked for my receipt, and I told her I never got one. Her reply was a very sarcastic "Fantastic." Luckily I got my refund, but this is the second time it has happen. Food was great other than that, but unfortunately they have lost my business.

Went here based on good reviews and wanted to find another spot besides Five Guys. My daughter and I got doubles and split a regular fry. Burgers were small and dry. We had to eat again because we were still hungry. U shouldnt have to eat an hour later when u spent $19 for 2 double cheese and a fry (we drank water) Tried Shake Shack a few days later and the prices were similar but the burgers were bigger and much juicer. Definately tons better despite Shake Shack reviews were slightly lower. No thanks Burger Fi Ill stick to Shake Shack and Five Guys. Bad attempt at trying to be like Five Guys.

4/20/2017 This review is based on my experience Wednesday April 19, 2017 around 9pm. There were five of us dining. My brother, while paying for the meal, dropped some money and didnt know that he had. One of the employees, (went by nickname Megatron), approached my brother and stated that he had dropped this, which was a $100 bill. I was so delighted with her honesty. Good job Megatron. This is an awesome place to meet up with friends and enjoy DELICIOUS food. I am not sure whats better on the menu... the desserts or the actually food. I was there with my friend one time during a down time (3pm or so) and he brought us free mini samples of their desserts. The people who work there are kind and attentive. I have never had an order wrong and the food is amazing. Definitely a great place to go with kids, friends, relatives, or just by yourself!
