I like Pizza Hut! But, this place in Bartow, VERY DISORGANIZED! AND NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED MY PRESENCE, ASK ME IF THEY COULD HELP ME! After spending almost $50 I would rather eat McDonalds than patronized a place that is disrespectful to there customers! Dining in or out, NOT A GOOD PLACE! PISS POOR SERVICE!###!#

The wings I ordered were under-cooked and uneatable. I put a call into their management and spoke with Marisol who apologized and offered a credit. Even though I missed out on enjoying the wings, their customer service ranked high which IMO deserves higher rating than normal My thanks for being professional!

Ordered a Pizza, waited 2 and a half hours, first call they said it was going out to delivery, 1 hour later called again, spoke to the manager she said the Pizza just came up on the screen to be made. Wasted 3 hours for a pizza that was never made. I wish I could give a rating but I never got a Pizza :/

Food was well prepared buy the waitress was "sick and didnt want to be here" the radio was to loud and decor was tacky. But i loved the food! 2 thumbs up to the kitchen staff.

Sooo good. Two people working but they hustled and were great. Fresh food, variety and quick service. We had the buffet and it was amazing. $4.99 with speciality pizzas

Definitely a good spot to hang with friends, or a small group. They had a affordable all you can eat buffet, closes at 1pm so hurry if you want to jump on that
