Overly expensive like all Panera Bread locations - but also with lackluster service and an interesting location. Parking here can be a pain, especially if youve never been before and dont know where to park. Staff ranges from mildly friendly to indifferent. I once had one become annoyed with me because I wasnt done with a plate she wanted to collect. Other locations are run better than this one, but still, if youd like some Panera while visiting downtown Lakewood, this one is your best option. Food quality is good and tasty as it always is.

The food was good! But the service is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! The cashier didnt greet us at all, acted like she was being bothered taking our order! I asked a couple questions, nobody knew the answers!! Im actually still sitting here waiting for my client to finish up. But I may never visit this location again, I got snotty attitude while placing the order, then again when I needed silverware for my client.

I usually dont support chains in Lakewood as we have so many better options, but Panera is a guilty addiction. Their food options are great, so is their mobile app, and their rapid pickup service is too convenient to not take advantage of. The Lakewood Panera has a perfect location; its in Lakewoods most commercial building, so it blends in perfectly without disturbing our independent vibes.

Food was good but it was nearly 40 dollars for two adults and one child! 7 dollars for a kids meal that doesnt even come with a drink. Ordered apple slices for my two year old child and they gave her a whole apple. Costs us less money to go to a full service restaurant with the tip also. Prices are insane at this place!

Food is normal panera quality (good). But I have come here multiple times and I am 99% sure they are over the fire capacity limit each time with high school kids alone. They area literally everywhere, not even eating panera - chipotle, mcdonalds, etc. I have seen 2 fights at this place in the last 6 months.

Teenagers pretty much run this place; they mess up orders, forget orders, horse around with each other... typical, annoying teenager stuff. Makes for a bad Panera experience. Also, they water down the clam chowder. They better get their s**t together because I really like Panera.

The food and the service are hit or miss. Managers will be too busy gossiping to step in when there are customers waiting to eat, youll ask - and PAY - for cream cheese and not get it ... theres a reason I only come to this location when Im already in the INA Building.

Truly love this location! I love that its small and cozy and they always get my order right. They made a mistake one time, but corrected it in full and made me a very happy customer. I will continue to come bacl and spend my money! Keep up the good work!

Very good forget all this negative comets like "teenagers run the place". Yeah they might mess up a few orders but think about all the other high end restaurants that screw up your order. This place is one of the best Paneras Ive been to

I have mild autism and I use dollar coins because I can `hear them. Everytime I go there the staff has to ask the manager if they can accept them. Are dollar coins and thus the money I worked hard for not good enough for panera bread?

The cafe is very warm and inviting. They keep their food fresh and serve it the way its meant to be served. The barista was very nice and filled my order quickly. Very clean with a large view of the area around it.

Over priced for the type of sandwich you get. Used to be good sandwiches, but has declined in quality and flavor. Drink machine has clogged drain so water is sitting in there for who knows how long.

Good food, fast. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the parking is difficult and can be costly if you dont eat fast. You only get 30 minutes free then you have to feed the meter.

Im really tired of the prices. Back in the day a pick 2 was 4.99 then 5.99 now you can spend ten bucks or more. Shouldnt cost $30 to get lunch for 2 and a small child.
