Went in to get two loafs of bread and the family of four in front of me waited 6-7 minutes before they were even acknowledged by the staff. They employees were sitting at the bar area playing on phones and chatting with one another. The restaurant was empty I did not see anyone dinning at this moment. Once the family was seated I was waited on and only wanted two bread loafs. The young lady that helped me was very nice and very helpful and greatly appreciated however the person who is cooking needs to be retrained because when I got home both bread loafs were hard. I couldnt cut through the crumb bread Loaf with a butter knife I had to get an actually bread knife and saw back and forth multiple times like I was sawing wood. The center was soft but literally that was the only part. This place has gone downhill over the last few years Im completely shocked its still open. Last time I was here and dined in service was terrible and the waitress kept forgetting to bring items I asked so now I have no reason to come back at all.

We went here to eat lunch. It took an hour to get our food. Not once did anyone check on us to see how we were doing. The restaurant wasnt that busy. There were lots of workers and it seemed like everyone was standing around and talking to each other this included the two managers. When we tried to get the manager eye they would just ignore us.They were in plain sight and we could see them just talking while our food was in the window. When we finally did get our food it wasnt warm and was over cooked. We waited another twenty five minutes to get a check which never came. So we had to go the register. One person in our party never got the side dish she ordered.

Friendly staff... Orders are always correct, or very quickly fixed.. Ive been to this location a dozen times or so in the past year or two. Theyre always busy, but thats okay because the wait is never unbearable and the food gets out quickly. Server staff is willing to be chatty friendly or all business when needed. There is a good balance and the staff here has figured it out. Ive never been a huge fan of their menu, the wife is, but its always consistent so Ive found the few items I like and get them. I recently had a bad experience at Bob Evans in Indiana and think this location deserves the praise its earned. Would recommend to a friend.

Always. .....always have to remind them to have my silverware.... Perhaps they need to be re train for customer service ... Overall expeeienxe ..... Is of quality. .. I tip well above the norm.... Maybe the beer time when I am dunning in at kitchen counter table.. Perhaps I will give my tip to the cooks. At leaaae I know they get it right the first time... . Keep up the good work.. Just get better at complimentary items...napkins and silverware should be at your side when greeting the guests. ....

I ordered two meals for takeout. A turkey dinner and the new harvest chicken power bowl. After I got home I realized that they forgot to include a side and the cranberry sauce with the turkey dinner and the turkey hadnt been warmed (refrigerator cold). The power bowl was bland and I would not recommend it. Better quality control is definitely needed. I wont be ordering takeout again from this location.

It is the BEST!. I loved cooking but health made a chage in that but this taste just like a really good cook made your Christmas feast. Everything was perfect and very tasty. We now order every Christmas. We substituted the corn for carrots, I love Bob Evans they are a life saver that is oh so tasty, easy to heat and yummy. Just like mom made, well not my mom but a mom that can cook really well.

You are really slipping on food and service. I ordered grilled chicken, dressing, carrotts. the dressing was ok, but not the rest. The managers were not any good. You have a new one now , maybe she can whip it into shape. Why dont you run it like Cracker Barrel ?

To go order. Asked for white meat chicken and got dark. No blue cheese on the salad. Cocktail sauce as dip for mozzarella sticks. This is the 3rd and final chance we gave this restaurant. Go to another Bob Evans where they do their job.

Phoned in a carryout order and the young lady who took my order and helped me at the register was very friendly, professional and courteous. Havent yet had a bad meal at bobs. (knock on wood)

Normally I receive excellent service. Today it took more than 10 minutes for my waiter to come to our table. Then one of my pancakes was burnt black. Maybe its a new staff, I dont know.
