The service was horrible. Our waitress must have been new and knew hardly anything about the menu. I order my side dish and she stated two items came on it. I said thats perfect thats exactly what I want. She then said Im pretty sure that, thats all the comes on it. I said ok, but if something else does please just leave it with the two items we already discussed. She brought out our meals and said she had to go back to the kitchen and get my side dish. She brought it out and said "they put an extra item on it but I had them scrape it off so there is only a little bit on there....is that ok?" I was shocked they didnt just make me a new ordered instead of bringing me out an order with a mistake on it. But I told her not to bring me another one because the wait for the meal was so long and I didnt want to wait any longer. The good we did have was sub-par at best. The mac and cheese tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile and re-heated in the microwave. The roast beef was very tasteless and their burgers were dry. It was over all just very disappointing. The only highlight to this experience was the manager. She was very apologetic and took my daughters meal off our check due to our inconveniences. I watched her while waiting for our food and she was running around and working her butt off while her wait staff was just standing around. I hope they can find some new wait staff and maybe some new kitchen staff to up the food a bit. Very disappointing.

Dont be fooled by the name! This is a very nice family style restaurant with really great prices on their dinners. I had chicken parmesan dinner and it came in a very large bowl with delicious breaded chicken on top covered in baked cheese. It was very very delicious and I would have it again and again. I really enjoyed the coleslaw, it was really tasty. I had vanilla ice cream for dessert and it was nice and rich and creamy as it should be. The environment is clean and very nicely decorated. I definitely will come back to this place as Im sure you will too.

87 degrees, 90℅ humidity and they have no air on and the windows open. No one said anything to us about it . A family restaurant where the TV is playing a hunting show. We got to watch many deer and ducks get shot and killed while we ate. They forgot to deluxe one of our meals. And we sat for 15 minutes before someone said we have to take our own check up to pay. The food is ok, but they obviously get their French fries from Gordons. $16 for 3 cokes and 2 beers? Pathetic excuse for a family restaurant.

I worked doing dishes in the back, the standard of washing is very low I got yelled at for soaking the dishes in hot soapy water!!! Was told to throw it in the dishwasher and get it done with little to no soap being used. The area has black mold the rest of the place is dirty and the meat is the lowest quality around I can bet you that. The owners are also very strange especially the old pedophile. I also fixed their plumbing and didnt even get a thank you!!! What losers.

Very nasty, unsanitary, owner rude........ My cousin worked in the kitchen for a few days, said they smoke in the kitchen, other cook wearing basketball shorts. Owner had dogs in kitchen while cooks were cooking. My husband and I went there to eat, waitresses were young, on their phones, talking to each other, playing in their hair. Never washed hands and came to table asking can I help you..... No thats okay, Ill take my money somewhere else thank you......

We received biscut and sausage gravy. The sausage gravy was spoiled. We brought this to the attention of the waitress. No apologies acted like it happened all the time. Didnt discount the bill either. We had a large table the rest of the food was ok but not great. Based on the spoiled food and poor customer service we wont be back.

The service was fair. They tried really hard to be nice. The food wasnt that great, it was comparable to the taste of a frozen dinner. I like their focus on serving made in Michigan products. Wasnt sure why there was a little girl with no shoes on walking around who seemed to be coming from the kitchen area, that was a concern.

Great food at a reasonable price and a wonderful group of people. We always look forward to going there. The review below about dogs and smoking is a complete lie, Ive been going there for years and the kitchen and staff are always very clean and there are never any dogs.

Not bad. Plastic dishes were a little odd, but food was decent. The burger I got was mostly ok, chili cheese fries were really good. The chicken parm my girlfriend got was meh, she said. We went on a quiet tuesday... the decor is nice, service was really good.

Awesome service! I took my rings off to wash my hands and forgot them. I completely forgot and walked out the door. Our server must have went in after me and saw them. She came running after me to give them to me! I was so greatful!!

Really enjoyed the Michigan brew, the menu looked tasty and reasonably priced. My french dip was great and so glad to have Michigans own Better Made potato chips. Will definitely come back and bring my friends and family!

Good place to go get some eggs and sausage patties theyre delicious all their food is good and I believe you can even get drinks there which surprised me it is decorated really cool and again very friendly people

Great place for a cheep breakfast and good sliders too .. They are pretty fast as long as theirs less than 5 tables .. They seem to get overwhelmed if there are to many customers

Friendly staff but food was just so so. I ordered a roast beef dinner and my wife ordered breaded pork chop dinner. Both were extremely salty. Prices were good though.
