This is, without ANY doubt, the absolute worst Bob Evans on the planet. My 80-year-old mother could have waited on us faster, and more accurately, than our waitress. The host seated five tables, in immediate succession after us, in our waitress section, and it was almost painful to watch her go back and forth struggling with drink orders. My eggs were crispy on one side, underdone on the other; my toast was not toasted; the hollandaise had obviously been sitting under the heat lamp because it had a nice crust on top (this was confirmed by the texture and color of the extra hollandaise sauce I requested to cover up the food so I could eat it -- that didnt work). I asked for crisp hash browns, they were raw in the middle. Mom ordered pot roast with biscuits, which didnt get delivered until she was finished with her dinner AND they were cold, even though the waitress said she had to wait for "fresh" biscuits. Mom ordered dessert (cant screw up ice cream), and when the waitress delivered food to the table next to us (they waited for over half an hour after they ordered), their food was cold, and the woman and her two grandchildren left to go elsewhere after talking to the manager. Oh and I forgot the part where I stuck my fingers into spilled, messy, sticky creamers in the cup of flavored creamers. HORRIBLE. And they were telling people who were waiting to be seated that they were very busy and it would be ten minutes to be seated, but that was really because nobody was bussing tables. Every table in our section (including a round table that was empty and dirty when we got there) needed bussing (yes, all those people seated after us escaped first). We were here FOREVER, and they tried to keep us even longer than that, because I stood at the cash register for 12 minutes, with the cashier/to go woman looking me in the eye three different times, but never saying a word as she waltzed back and forth past the register. When manager boy finally came to the register, I handed him two gift cards. He handed BOTH cards back to me, with funds left on BOTH cards. Wouldnt you zero out one card, then go to the next? And last but not least, this is the first time in my life I have EVER intentionally refused to leave a tip for a waitress, and I am notorious for over-tipping. If she had kept her mouth shut and not kept throwing the kitchen under the bus, I might have at least have left ten percent.

This Bob Evans is okay in the restaurant. Theyre slow, but they are terrible to go! Which is a bummer since you can order online and they actually have good food when they are on their game. Last night was our last order to go from Bob Evans. We order Bob Evans to go from time to time. It always seems like a good idea, some comfort for to go and we always REGRET it. We have ordered the family meals- the mac and cheese is always cold. A giant container of cold uncooked food. The mashed potatoes also cold-- not "sitting out" cold, "never heated" cold. The broasted chicken is really the reason we ordered to go... Even that has been a miss. Last night we opted for the individual meals thinking they would at least have the food heated up and cooked. They did. But they gave us half of our food. We were missing 3 sides and 2 deserts. Plus some other extras. My husbands broasted chicken was laughable. It was tiny and dry and gross. Our kids love Bob Evans, but Im not sure its worth the headache inside or to go anymore. Its a shame because this place has nice comfort foods and can be a good family place. The location is great too, so theres really no excuse for the bad service and food quality.

This particular location now sucks. I dont know if there is new management or something, but we used to get quality meals from here ( family meals to go) but the last two times have been HORRIBLE!! Our Broasted Chicken was burnt looking and tasted like old oil, but we let that slide. Then we got the Deep Dish Chicken Noodle and first off all I was charged twice. Then once we got that together we get home to see that there were 3 baby spoon sized scoops of mashed potatoes (definitely not enough to feed our family!) and maybe one cup of noodle soup poured over 5 crusty biscuits. I was super upset to say the least!! We called to talk to the manager and finally talked to him after over 6 minutes on hold. He didnt try to make it right and didnt seem to care if we were happy customers. We DEFINITELY WONT be back to this location!

Decided to order lunch (takeout) from this bob evans today as its near where I work. First off, the cashier was completely rude to me for no reason at all but I thought whatever, ill just get my food and get out, not worried about it.. so I get back to work and... i have never been so unsatisfied by my food from a Bob evans EVER. I ordered my favorite meal from this resturant, the deep dish chicken noodle soup. I was so excited to finally eat something only to find that my deep dish CHICKEN noodle soup had 1. No chicken but a very long piece of chicken skin instead! 2. Had almost no mashed potatoes. -Needless to say, I will not be returning to this bob evans. If I could give less than one star I would!

This is the second time Ive visited thus location in the past couple weeks. My wife and I came last Saturday morning. The waitress was not attentive at all. She forgot several items we ordered, brought burnt hash browns and looked bothered. Those issues would be easily dismissed if she wasnt the complete opposite with other customers. Today, she took my order, brought my food and left. She never offered to refill my drinks. Finally, she passed out coupons to all the white customers. Needless to say: I tipped her, but I wont be back. I get it. No problem.

You would think with all of 7 tables someone would have time to greet us, but no. After waiting to be seated we had to wait another 5minutes before we saw our server. And even longer for our coffee. We asked for refills and didnt get them until after we finished our food. Our food wasnt much better than the service, the bacon was burned to a crisp and the home fries werent cooked all the way through. This place is a mess, Id hate to see how they do when during a rush. I hope you dont get Lys as your server. This is our first and last time coming here.

Terrible service. went there with my family on 12/29/2014 at 1050 AM. we stood there and none of the hosts decided to say anything to us. They simply left us standing there like we were nothing. Because we know that Bob Evans is reputable we decided to go to the one on Morrison. They greeted us and took us to our seats right away. Thank you to the Bob Evans on Morrison. As for the other one on Morse and Hamilton shame on you. We will not be going there again. You give Bob evans a bad name.
