By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced at any company in general. The Wadsworth Chipotle and its manager Tabitha, give chipotle such a bad name that everyone at my company is considering boycotting chipotle. I love Chipotle but the one in Wadsworth and their staff have really given me a bad feeling towards the company. If you want hung up on by managers, or a restaurant that forgets COMPLETE meals for 12 straight weeks than this is the place for you. My company does chipotle every Wednesday for the last 12 weeks. Every single week, no matter how hard we try at least one persons entire meal is not included. Today after $16 dollars in food was not in our carry out box, I proceeded to call and just ask for money back on my card. I didnt complain I just wanted the $16 back. I was told I would have to drive all the way back in for a refund (12 miles there in back at 12 noon). Also that if my company didnt like their business we should go somewhere else and stop complaining. We were not complaining at ALL. We just wanted a refund for the forgotten food. Your incompetent management had forgotten entire meals for 12 straight weeks! I was then Hung up on by the manager when I asked for her name. When I called back I was lied to, and given the run around and I still dont have a refund. Please Please Please fire Tabitha and this Chipotle may avoid going out of business.

Generally good service, especially lately. I stopped going for a few months to this location, until about 2 months ago, because the teenagers were always standing around chatting, while I sat waiting for online orders that never would get made until after I got there..and there would be no customers, but about 5-7 employees wouldnt notice or maybe care about online orders going through. Ive stopped ordering online, so not sure if its improved. Everything else has improved as far as service inside, and they actually make decent sized burritos now, haha. The ones before used to be extra-small if you didnt get meat. They also have tofu sofritas now! Yum!

Well thank you chipotle of wadsworth for setting women back 40 years.... Goes to show you need a man to have productive business:/ very poor and slow staff( all women) . They talked and were looking at their phones WHILE THEY WERE ON THE LINE!! keep in mind there is 5 people on staff, would think you could process 2 people in under 10 minutes( still counting)... Enjoy this low line experience and shotty ethic:)

I have tried to get donations from this Chipotle for certain events. Every time I call, I am on hold for ages and then they just hang up after about a half hour. I was told that under new management, they have decided that they will just ignore people who are interested in donations. This is sad because they used to give out donations of upwards to 200 burritos, now they just ignore everyone.

Everything is pretty standard, food is good, atmosphere is great, and the employees are fun to talk to and joke with. My only two complaints are that the line is usually huge, and the meats are sometimes inconsistent in the way theyre cooked. I know these issues are usually out of the handa of the business, and I understand these problems. Nobody can cook chicken the same way every time.

Every single time I go to this chipotle theyre out of multiple things. Guac, rice, corn. Also, if you order online, dont bother leaving a note or directions because they never ever look at it. Hate this chipotle but its the closest one to me unfortunately. online orders are never ready on time either. I usually end up waiting longer than I would have if I had went and got in line.

It is hard to believe that the corporate office of Chipotle has not revoked the franchise agreement for this store. I will never set foot in this store again, the employees are rude and incompetent and the management is clueless. I would assume that most of the employees are illiterate since they can never seem to get an order for more than one person right.

7 of the last 9 orders have been wrong or there was a 15 minute + wait for the online pick up. Was compensated for 3 long waits and 2 wrong orders of the 7. Great food but service needs some work. Today was a 17 minute wait and was acknowledged after 6 minutes of wait. Ordered for 12pm and arrived at 12:15 so there would be no wait. Left the store at 12:32.

The only thing I would recommend is changing something about the online orders. Tonight the employees looked confused between the customers in store and doing the online orders. The Chipotles in Wooster has another setup for just making online orders. Maybe something to consider and help with the wait times and confusion. Other then that the food is great.

Every time I go there they are always out of something. Tonight they were out of the cardboard side of the to go containers, gaucomle, and burrito shells. They wrapped the aluminum side of the packaging with aluminum foil. By the time I got home , the bowls were leaking everywhere. Not sure if Ill visit chiptole ever again. ☹️

This Chipotle has an amazingly friendly staff and was extremely clean and helpful. My band was touring through the area and they extended free meals to us to help us with our travels. Ive been to chipotles all across the country and this one by far had the best customer service and the food was fresh and on point. 10/10

You have a potential of getting last nights chicken if you order anytime before noon. With the multitude of other lunch options available giving people hard as a rock chicken from the day before is a great way to ensure a whole company that goes out for lunch regularly will go somewhere else. Worst experience ever, people had a real attitude & did not care to fill our order that we waited 25 minutes for them to fill, but didnt, had to ask for our money back, & they didnt seem to care. I will never darken their doorstep again! Few words for the Owner, you staff is chasing off your business.

Absolute lovely service, Im currently on a tour and they decided to give us all food, because were traveling just really with gas money. Everyone was extremely nice and asked how we were. The food was fresh and delicious. This stop is definitely the best Chipotle I have been too

Even though they were busy, the employees at this Chipotle were very friendly and asked if we needed anything multiple times! They seemed to be on top of the online orders too. The only thing we missed was a baby changing table in the bathrooms, but everything else was perfect!

Im giving them a 1, because the food is nasty anymore. Rice is always hardened or cold. Quac is old or not made properly. Always makes me sick. And thats just from the veggie bowl! Dont get me started on the chicken (only meat Id ever get there).

First and foremost, the staff was excellent! Fun atmosphere created by the team. After spending a week in New York it was nice to get back to the Midwest and see smiling faces. Great food! Once again the crew was amazing. Would highly recommend!
