Went in to this location. I work at a different Tijuana flats location. First of all they wouldnt give me my 50% discount. Second of all I called ahead 10 minutes for a pick up order, and when I got there my order was not ready. Instead I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my food to be ready. After getting my food finally after being hassled by the managerial staff on how my Tijuana flats location doesnt exist (literally look it up its on hospital drive in Bonita springs), my queso wasnt even half full and my order wasnt even correct. I will never go to this location again and would urge you to attend the Bonita springs location. Their staff and service is much better than this location. Also this isnt my first negative experience at this location, just the first time I finally decided to write a review.

My husband and I went here for a lunch date and one of the best food choices we have ever made. First the staff was wonderful and was great at explaining everything to us and making us feel welcomed. Second the food is delicious. I got the Dos Tacos plate and my husband got a Burrito plate. It was fresh and worth the money we paid. There hot sauce bar is awesome and it was fun trying new ones. You can also buy the hot sauces you like in a bottle to take home. It is a good place to being kids too as they have a kids menu too. I recommend this to people who want tacos or something like that (you will never eat at taco bell again)!

Always good friendly service, good prices. Ordered dos tacos, beef, one on a hard shell the other on a soft shell and made it a meal. This is the second time at this location that Ive received refried beans that had been sitting and not stirred that were not hot. I finally said something to the manager on duty and received new refried beans. Also my hard taco shell was chewy not fresh and crunchy. I know Tijuana Flats is better than this!! Cmon get it together.

Visiting from Boston, on our way to the airport, we stopped for a quick bite. Food was outstanding. I usually dont like Mexican food because theres cilantro everywhere (yuck), but we ordered a bunch of stuff and it was all amazing. The sauce bar is brilliant. Modelo beer! Friendly, courteous and super-accommodating servers. The young guy who helped us is someone I wouldve hired to work for me back home. Thanks for a great experience, well be back!
