This is THE worst chipotle in the Cleveland area. If you order online, the food 100% will be old and lukewarm. Half the time, they skimp out on the portions if you order online. The meat always has a weird grey hue that Ive only seen from this place. Ive been eating at this location since like 2010 and it wasnt always this awful. Maybe in the past year or two was when it really went down the drain. I got food poisoning at least twice and I got really sick from this location like a year and a half ago when there was the e. coli/norovirus breakout. This place is awful, the service is awful and whenever I make the mistake of coming here, I, and whoever eats from here with me, feel awful. Please, for your health, dont go here.

From this location, Ive gotten food poisoning, twice, at least 3 failed online orders, wasting my time and gas, and Ive also been scammed on portion size many times from online orders (One time, the burrito was like a quarter the size of how it is usually. Cashier tried to tell me it was because I didnt get too many ingredients on it, which is a bs excuse.) This is an awful location. Staff is poor to mediocre and they are extremely slow. They have me waiting for like 5-10 minutes past my order time whenever I order online. Steelyard is better than this location, and thats saying something. What Im trying to say here is, dont go here. Ever.

Seriously the worst Chipotle. Its been 2 yers and they still cant get rid of the Raw Sewage smell in their restaurant. Employees told me they are frequently cited by the health department. Ordered online for pickup thinking they couldnt screw it up. Opon getting home they gave us 2 half portions of our food. We just said no beans. Not 1/2 dinners. Never go here. Go to ParmaTown, Broadview/PV, North Olmsted, Lakewood or somewhere else. Been to Chipotle everywhere America. Never been disappointed. This location should be shut down. Sorry for the bad review. I have been coming here for years since I work right around the corner. Used to be the best and fastest Chipotle Ive ever been to. Now its a joke. Stand in line for 25 minutes, barely ever more than two people working the line when the line is around half of the dining area, running out of food on the line, etc. No sense of urgency at all. And many times they are distracted by their coworkers bs conversations than helping the customers efficiently. If you want to waste half of your lunch hour for less than average service, this is your place. Otherwise they suck.

Horrible service! Placed an order online 30 minutes prior to arrival. Came in with no standing line and paid for my order only to find out that it is not ready. So, instead of making my order first they started to serve other customers who came after me. After they served 10 other customers I inquired about my order and was told that online orders are made inside. I had to request refund! I have wasted an hour of my lunchtime with no lunch! Maybe thats how things run in Mexico but I did not expect this type of treatment here.

Much of the staff was very nice but there was one girl that was on the line that was very rude pretty much throwing the food around I dont think half the chicken that was supposed to go in my bowl made it I understand that it was almost closing time but when you work in this industry you have to be able to deal with everything that comes along with it!!iv been going there for a long time and will not go there again iv worked in this industry for twenty plus years and never do I treat people like this.....

Women making chips was chowing down on some food on the line in front of customers. Man was rude about the amount of sour cream I wanted. Girl checking me out was rude because my friend wanted chips and I had a side of salsa tried charging me for chips and salsa when he didnt order any so I asked for the price to be corrected. Last time I go here. More worried about people touching a persons list they handed the worker with gloves on then the chick smashing a burrito bowl on the line!!

The laundry list of why this location is bad is long. Out of napkins. Out of forks. Out of lemons. Staff is young and poorly managed, in fact no one seems in charge. everyone has a long face. Lacking basic burrito wrapping skills. All chairs are flipped up elimimating the ability to dine in. Constantly out of meats. Mostly chicken. Year to date numbers should eliminate problem that and basic prep. Messy. Lastly orders are all pacakged to go regardless.

(1) Employees were silent when taking our orders. No greetings, no questions. Just stared at us and waited for us to say what we wanted. Terribly rude. (2) The woman wrapping our burritos pressed too hard leaving multiple black spots on the tortillas. Would have brought it back except we were taking it to go. (3) Steak must have been old or not cooked properly; multiple chunks too chewy to eat that I had to spit out.

Mess up my to go order 50% of the time. Ive told them about it several times and they still mess it up. Recently one bowl we ordered had meat and mine was vegetarian and they still put chicken and steak on it. Luckily Im not actually a vegetarian but they need to pay attention once in a while. Dont bother waiting inside it takes forever too. Food can be decent when they get it right but can still be too salty.

Service from the 2 people making our food was fast and friendly. Waiting for the girl to check us out was awful, she was busy talking to a friend not paying attention to myself or the next person in line. The lady behind us said hers must be free. She got the orders wrong twice, and the cheese quesadilla was cold. Never going back to that location. Only good part a girl off the clock did help us.

My wife and I were there on a Sat. Evening. We waited approx. 20 minutes to order our food. The store had a not so pleasant aroma. I got a steak burrito bowl and I could not believe the amount of gristle I came across. It seemed like about half of it was gristle. This combined with the small bottle of water I purchased at 2.15$ was certainly not my most pleasant Chipotle experience.

Disastrous Been numerous times throughout them opening and every time I come here they are always outta something then yell at employee when she announces that they are outta certain stuff if I walk into a business I would like to know ur out of stuff before I spend 15min in line waiting highly unlikely of coming back to this one oh yeah steak is always horrible

This chipotle stinks! Literally. This is the worst customer service chipotle ever. They care more about their hair and counting their empty tip jar then doing their job. HORRIBLE. Why is there only two people in the line? Everyone is always on break or in the back. Dont go here take the extra 10-15 mins and drive to a different one!

So much for online ordering. "Your order will be ready by 5:15". Here i am still waiting 6 minutes later. At least itll be fresh. Update: I tried online ordering again. Placed my order at 10:36 to be picked up at noon. I didnt walk out the doors with my food until 12:35. So much for my lunch break. I had to eat at work.
