I have been to this Popeyes several times sense they opened here in Plant City. I would have to say tonight was the worst experience I have ever had. The chicken was cold, we asked for gravy on the side with the mash potatoes (gravy was on the potatoes, which meant I could not feed it to my grandson). The best part of the meal I got was the red beans and rice and the biscuits. Of course the biscuits were not very hot either but still eatable. I called the store to talk to the manager and was told by an employee that the manager was busy to call back later. I will not be going back to this Popeyes, There is another one all the way up town and from now on I will make the extra 15 minute drive to go there.

Im here now and this place is straight dirty, every table is dirty, the managers and employees are standing around doing nothing, while the lobby is filthy along with the womens bathroom, I went to the bathroom when we first got here and within a minute of me being in there the manager was banging on the door several times, then I took my daughter (2 1/2) inside the bathroom to go potty, & again the manager was banging on the door like there was an orgy going on inside the bathroom. The people here are not friendly and it hasnt been in the least bit a good experience here whats so ever.

terrible customer service! went yesterday And ended up leaving with no food.. Did the drive thru today the kid in a cast didnt say hello. no good bye.. no thank you no nothing. i had to ask him if that was everything because he just handed me food and that was it... just terrible! and this is a training store?! Lord help them

Was feeling like some chicken and I looked it up to see what time it opens and it says 10:00 am and I drove all the way here and the workers were just walking in and I asked what time are you open and the respond was 11:00 am...probably should update your signs and the online store info!

Friendly staff. Delicious food! We love Popeyes. There was a smal mix up on bags but we noticed before leaving. Cindy was super nice and had my bag ready and ggraciouslygave us both bags. We will be back soon!
