Honestly its hard to eat here. It always takes forever to get my food and the timing is always wrong so when I get something really fresh that took 30 minutes there is sure to be something not fresh at all. Everytime I go its always this way. I wish it was different cause I enjoy Sonic but this one is impossible to eat at if you want to be fast. The cold items do get to you fast and taste great but its the Breakfast Lunch and Dinner that make it feel like the wait isnt worth the food. They are very stingy with free water when I asked and could only give me a bottle one time that they charged me for by as much as they could it seemed like. Then other times they give you something that required a fork and dont include it and rarely put napkins in for everything. The business is certainly cutting every corner it possibly can and its at the expense of the customers happiness. Ive been to a lot of other Sonics and I have to say Ive had a much better experience then this restraint. Its a shame too. I really enjoy Sonic and I cant say that enough. Hopefully they can turn it around but its been this way for years.

Ill tell you this much, I used to work there as a cook. The new General Manager is a good man who is doing his best to get that place up to standard, but its hard when the old crew of Assistant Managers hardly lift a finger. At one point, I was the only cook filtering the oil in those fryers. I would come back from my day off to a complete and utter lack of care or consideration to the customer. If youre actually going to consider eating there, do it in the morning and dont eat any fried foods. Not to mention they clean the ice cream machine out, oh.... When the ice cream looks dark yellow/green. Please, take care of yourselves and your bodies and dont eat at the Sonics in Zephyrhills. Edit: The fryers have to be cleaned in a certain way, when they are cleaned, or else you end up with microscopic metal shavings in the fryer oil. I ended up having to go to the emergency room for abdominal bleeding thanks to a few lazy cooks. Since I worked there I would eat the fried foods a lot more frequently than others, so everyone else may not be in as much a risk as I but still.

I waited in the drive thru for five minutes with no service. I then pulled around to the side where you pick up your orders and still no service. In the 15 minutes I waited there, five more cars waited at the drive thru and most of them just left. Some pulled into the drive up bays and after waiting several minutes, they too left. There were people sitting at the picnic tables out front waiting with no service for the entire 20 minutes I was there. When I left, there was only two people still waiting at the picnic tables and a total of three cars left in the whole parking lot. I saw a total of two people gets their orders in the 20 minutes I waited there. NEVER again! At this point, I went down the road to Dairy Queen and spent approximately a minute between ordering at the drive through and getting my order at the window. Ill never go to a Sonic again.

Even though the child that did assist me was quite nice and polite there is clearly problem with the electronics so the ordering was very frustrating they had to come out and take my order by hand which I of course appreciated the extra effort but I think they knew the problem existed before me. I received a Sonic number 1 with cheese and the bun was just slightly more tender than a tire. You cant think in your mind that this is a good bun when you pick it up with your hands and feel that it is hard. Somebody had to make the decision to not care. Not caring is a disease that spreads throughout a company eventually shut the company down. I only did the review because I like Sonic and I want to be able to find one

Can never acknowledge you when you pull up to drive thru, than when they do acknowledge you, you give them your order and they totally get it ALL wrong. So when you have to repeat your order 3 times they (Manager) gives you an attitude?!?!?! 05/12/2016 @ approximately 9:15 P.M.... Calling corporate for sure because she (Manager) was rude!!

I loved the wait it was the pleasure of a life time just waiting there for what felt like forever just felt sooo great, if I ever have children I will bring them here for ice cream but little would they know its just a lesson of being patient for ice cream that takes the best twenty minutes of your life to wait for.

It wasnt what I remembered. we were given cold food & flat drinks which my drink was mixed with a little bit of juice but the server gave us free dessert for them having a bad night. It shouldnt matter what kind of night youre having you should never server your customers cold food. I wasnt happy

The employees here are really nice and they are always trying to be helpful. Their food sometimes dont turn out so great. I just ordered two corn dogs and they were beautiful until I bit into it... had pure raw batter came oozing out...it was pretty bad.

The buttons were not working, but the staff was nice and friendly. Also shakes are half price after 8pm. No one on rollerskates though, it would be nice to see at least on person. 5 star food, 4 star customer service, -2.5 stars for no rollerskates.

The redeeming value of this drive inn is the fact that the servers still do the classic outside delivery to your car (car hops) like Happy Days. Otherwise the food is a little pricey by my standards but good.

Always happy with a Sonic visit. Tried their Mozzo Sticks and they were better than most sit-down restaurants. The Shakes are AWESOME and I had the Bacon Breakfast Burrito that was GREAT!!!

There is a really long wait to get your order! They take even longer to answer to have your order taken. Drinks are not tasteful. Food isnt fresh!

Twice I have parked at a booth and pressed the red button and waited for a greeting. I waited 10 minutes. Two different occasions. No service.
