Ive been there twice now with friends. 1st visit was terrible-the staff was miserable and rude. The food was delicious but quickly turned into serious food poisoning. Myself and 3 other friends had the same reaction. Thought it could have been a fluke, decided to go back over a week later and try different food. Staff was marginally more interested in their customers this week but still acted as if they had the worst job on the planet and god forbid they have to help someone today. Again, food was fantastic but within a short time my friends and I were rushing home from the office and spending the night stuck in the bathroom with violent puking and diarrhea. Two strikes for me piada, I wont be back poor customer service and diarrhea is not worth a third try.

How excited was I to see that I could order online now for Toledos Piada? Very! But I will not use it again! I placed my order at 10:54 AM to be picked up at 11:45 AM, walked in at 11:43 AM. I went inside to pick it up, no one was in line. Told the girl my name and that I had a online order. I waited. I waited and I waited. I asked for my order again, at this time there had already been 12 people through the line. I finally got my order at noon. My order was for a side salad, orzo crunch and a piada stick, no beverage. Did not get the piada stick. And they charged me taxes for a take out order. And I asked about the tax, I got "that what our computer does." And Piadas corporate office doesnt even have contact info!

My son and I stopped in for a late lunch today. Ian has visited Piada in Detroit area, but this was my first time....I was impressed! The hot items were hot and the cold were cold...being a ServSafe instructor, this is something I always watch for. Also, the young man that was assembling our sandwiches was very professional. While waiting for me to decide , he assembled another guests wrap. The gentleman didnt want as much Arugela so, rather than putting the excess back in the chill pan, this Pro tossed the excess in the trash! Bravo!!! No cross-contamination issues are going to happen to him!!! As I said......IMPRESSED!!! Well be back, and spread the word!!! Piada Italian Street Food is GREAT!!!!

I, finally, had the chance to try Piada and Ive gotta say that I am blown away. The atmosphere is pleasant; slightly rustic but modern at the same time and very inviting. I was greeted straight away by the chef and after placing my order and moving down the line I was listening to him talk to other guests. It was clear he was very knowledgeable about the menu, what paired well with what and how passionate he seemed about the food. And the food? Amazing. Expertly seasoned, simply yet eloquently presented and absolutely delicious. Reasonable prices coupled with healthy fare make this place a new staple in "fast food". My only complaint is that I didnt come in sooner. Well done, Piada!

Never having been there before, I had no idea what to expect or how to go about ordering. The Chefs were awesome and didnt try to just rush me through line. I ordered a regular size bowl of pasta but he put out the large size bowl. I made a comment to my friend (not trying to make him hear it) that I ordered the small but it was okay, I would just eat the leftovers later. The chef heard it and told the rest of them to only charge me for the smaller size (even though I was okay with paying for the larger one). To me, thats great service! The food tastes great too!!

Piada, pretty good food, tasted yummy. However, it hit me like a wrecking ball. Coffee, Taco Bell, Chipotle, and not even Ex-Lax can hold a candle to the intestinal storm brought forth by a Piada pepperoni stick, within 10 minutes, my life was changed for the worst. Also, they were a bit skimpy on the chicken, great flavors though. So, if you want to risk it for the proverbially Italian biscuit, this is your place to go.

I had a very great experience at this Piada today, the food was super delicious and all the staff was very friendly and tried their best to try and help me pick my food(Im very indecisive lol). The manager Ashley helped me a lot and was very respectful and handled my small issue with kindness and understanding! Currently typing this with a very satisfied stomach!

Pasta bowls are good with a good selection of ingredients, this can make for an excellent meal if you understand how flavors work together and what compliments each other. staff is friendly enough. Definitely be back for more. Could improve by wiping counters and tables down more often and sweeping up after a rush.

I work close by and it is so convenient to order online and pick up at the drive-thru window instead of having to beat the lunch crowd. I wish they had some gluten free options on the menu, but you cant go wrong with one of their salads. The food is always fresh and delicious, I will forever be a returning customer.

Excellent food. If you order something that deviates from the normal and they are busy, keep track that your request gets done. I like to mix a bit of Diavalo sauce with the white sauce, last order they gave me straight white sauce. The corn salad is wonderful too. Definitively recommend.

Reasonably quick. Think Jimmy Johns meets Chipotle meats Olive Garden. But everything is spicy! My wife was disappointed I tried it without her, but I was glad I did. I dont think she could have eaten the piada with the level of heat I got in what was essentially a fairly basic wrap.

First time visiting an holy moley was the food amazing. Had never had piada before, cant wait to have it again. When we showed up they were slammed, so there was a bit of a wait, but the staff worked quickly and efficiently and the line was worked through in no time.

This store has a wonderful staff. Theyre always super friendly, and have no problem taking extra time to explain the menu to you if its your first time. Been back several times since my first experience, and it continues to impress. Love the food!

Tasty food preparing flatbread type "sandwiches" with a Chipotle style in which you select the bread type, meat, and veggies. Also have some pasta and salad options. Very tasty and fresh, with good looking veggies for the dishes.

I spent a month in Italy, and I did not recognize a single item as being Italian street food. Staff were good. Prices fair. I personally would not go back just because of the food. Not bad, just average, and not Italian.

Nice place with large portions. Two average people could split a meal and soup, but my wife and I just choose to take our other halves home. Roughly $20 for two full meals and two small sides. Good night out.

Great food but... always slow, the cook did not wash his hands after geeting a drink neither did the cashier after handling money and proceeded to finish making food and he was not wearing a hair net or hat.
