This was written by a friend who is the mother of a daughter with special needs. Awesome to see folks go above and beyond for someone! She has in the past gotten looks in public because of her daughter and today someone took the time to draw attention to her in a special way!!!- Shout out to Troy at Olive Garden. I know you wont see this but I want to thank you. Thank you for singing Happy Birthday to my daughter. You did this and you didnt have to. When Becca asked if the staff was going to sing to her Troy said Im sorry we stopped doing that. After dinner he brought her a piece of cheesecake with a candle and he sang. We joined in. People clapped. It was pretty damn cool of you Troy. Thank you.

My wife and I ate here this past Sunday and we both got food poisoning!!! The only thing we ate the same that day was the Olive Garden Salad. The service was not good once we turned down wine since we are two very busy parents and cannot indulge in alcohol ever. The server treated us very differently after we turned down wine probably not realizing that I traditionally will tip 20-80% based on the service. MAKE YOUR EMPLOYEES WASH THEIR HANDS!!!My wife and I were both out of commission for about three days and luckily our 1 year old did not catch it from us. Terrible thing to do to people when they trust you to prepare their food. Never again.

The food here is pretty good and the pricing on it is not bad. The wait staff is generally pretty friendly as well. The only real complaint is the parking lot. Anyone who has been there will know exactly what I mean. If you go during a peak hour, its going to take you a minute to find a place to park and more than likely, youll have a near miss with getting hit by someone. Once youre inside, it is not as bad, provided you have a call ahead. The atmosphere is nice and as I recall from the last time being there for a large family dinner, it was not too loud inside which was nice to be able to actually hear everyone when the spoke.

Toledos best spaghetti & meatballs are here! The fettucini alfredo and bruschetta appetizer are delicious, the big bowl of salad with light Italian dressing never disappoints, and the warm breadsticks are a plus. Out of 7 meals, though, one came about 20 mins before all the others. Service was sporadic. The foyer is always overcrowded and hard to get through but a good crowd signals a good restaurant.

The location on Monroe street is much better. The food is not always uniform it seems to differ a fair bit depending on the chef I would gather. Service here has been rather poor here. The Monroe street location tends to have better service, food uniformity, and is over cleaner and better managed. This location is not dirty but is not kept up as well as I have come to expect from Olive Garden.

This is a pretty good location. The wait here can be unreal sometimes for okay Italien food, however they now offer half off a glass of wine while you wait. The staff has always been friendly and they have tablets on the table to reorder drinks or appetizers, which helps get food quicker. I dont think we have ever had an issue with our food either and the menu always seems to be changing.

I love, love, love Olive Garden and their food! Tonight, we had take-out spaghetti. I have NEVER had a bad experience there, but tonight was different. I had noodles that were BARELY orange with sauce... and I mean BARELY. It may have been an accident, but Olive Garden... seriously. No sauce on my noodles.... I wish I could show you the picture. So very, very disappointed.

The server, Sarah, was very friendly. The host, Jane, was amazing. I felt very welcomed. The whole restaurant was wonderful. They made sure my two girls had a wonderful time. They even went out of the way and made sure their food wasnt too hot. They even split up the kids meal for us, without us asking.

After seeing a comedy show, went here for a quick bite. The food was just OK and the waitress was friendly but after bringing our meal, brought our bill and said she was helping clean up but promised to check on us but didnt. Probably the last time my husband will take me on a date there!

The service is great but the food has suffered a bit from past visits. I am sure it was due to a busy time and the staff was a little short. Before I leave a bad review I will try the store again on a future trip as I have always had a great experience at the Olive Garden...

Middle of the road within the range of what an Olive Garden can be, but people seem to always be at this location. Service is mediocre and staff is disorganized - definitely drives down the score. Expect a wait at dinner without much room in which to do it.

Ordered a ToGo order the other night. Very well done, was called about an item that wasnt carried anymore prior to picking up which made me happy. Was asked what I would like instead. Items were gone through prior to putting them into a bag. Very pleased !

We are a family that are vegans and vegetarians. Olive Garden always accommodates our diets. Salad, appetizers, eggplant parmesan, bread and extra olives. Even our requests for no cheese is respected for the vegans.The family joke is its our restaurant!

Had my first date and anniversary here. Will always recommend this location, and return to it loyally. We always have excellent service and have not had a complaint. I have also done a large To Go order, and turned out perfect!

Its a standard OG. Nothing special, usually busy during dinner hrs. Staff has been friendly, food is usually decent, often wife and I just do the traditional soup and salad while something simple for the kids.

I mean the food was ok and service was good but HOLY COW the kitchen STINKS. Like as soon as you walk in the door you can sell it. Absolutely gross. You need a deep cleaning day. Yuck.

Olive Garden always has good food and the atmosphere is pretty great. Servers were a little too pushy with offering alcoholic beverages and didnt come for water refills very quickly.
