We tried the online ordering to avoid a wait. I went there and picked up the food quickly since there wasnt anyone in line. Came home and my husband noticed his order was completely messed up. The food was not bad but it was disappointing that my husband did not get what he ordered. Im surprised they messed it up given the fact they were not busy.

Why would you not eat here? Maybe if you had no stomach and taste buds, and were never hungry. Otherwise, you should eat at Piada at least once per week. We live an hour away and still make it here monthly. Tastes great, something for everyone (even picky people) and priced right. Fresh, hot, made right in front of you, and quick.

Best, friendliest service of any quick food restaurant Ive ever been to. The staff seems to have fun and like each other and it shows in their interactions with customers. Prices seem a bit high until you get your food - then you realize just how much youre getting.

If you want carbs then this place is for you. The serving portions are a lot smaller than Chipotle but it all has really good flavor. The place is spacious enough to dine in but also fast enough if you just want to do carryout.

I went in to just get alfredo sauce pasta and cheese, the seasoning they are putting on the pastA they are over doing it, I dont wAnt my plain pasta to be so spicy. Iam not sure if I will eat there again
