On August 15th., 2017, I had dinner there with my 4 nieces, my sister, and my new great-nephew. We were told by our waitress that they were closing at 10pm, so we complied and left. There were only a few guests left, and no one was seated near our table. Upon getting home, I realized I had left my retirement gift on the floor next to my chair. I contacted the restaurant three times the next two days. The man I spoke with first seemed unconcerned & said nothing was turned in. I called later and spoke with the afternoon woman manager, & she said she would check on it. The next day she returned my call & said only the tissue paper was found on the table. That was very interesting, because I had not left the tissue paper on the table, but I had put it back in my gift bag upon opening my gift. I was very disappointed that my special retirement gift and card disappeared after we left Bravo, when it was next to my chair on the floor. Its very disappointing that no workers put it in the lost & found or safe. I will not return to Bravo in Rochester again or recommend this restaurant to anyone. Linda A.

Very disappointing online order experience. Place an online order at 6:25 to be picked up at 7pm, less than five minutes later they call telling me theyre out of breaded chicken and what would I like to change to. I request Baked Rigatoni Bolognese and was told no problem at all, I inquire to make sure that the timing hadnt changed with the change in order and was assured that 7pm was still good. Show up at 6:55 wait until 7:05 for the girl to come tell me itll be 15-20 more minutes, irritating but no problem not her fault. 7:21 rolls around and I get my food finally, on my way home hungry and excited until I open the bag, my Baked Rigatoni Bolognese is angel hair pasta in a watery meat sauce. Im hungry so whatever lets try it out, that was a mistake. Noodles are mushy and slimy, sauce is beyond acidic and not pleasing to the taste buds what so ever, zero cheese to be found in the entire dish. I was trying to find a replacement for east side Mario ever since they closed but this is not a winner, prices are high quality is low not a winning combination.

Dear Village of Rochester Hills Fans... Went to Bravo at the Village for Dinner for Mothers Day! What a dissapointment. It took over an hour for 3 kids meals....forgot the fruit delivered it with the check and they had the nerve to charge me for the fruit!! No discount to my meal. They did give me a complimentary meal for kids on my next visit... I dont think I would return. p.s. they actually had a beat up folding chair at our table because they were our to regular chairs.... really...The spaghetti sauce was not good... p.s. if they wanted to make things right they should have done it while I was in their restaurant dont tell me to come back and maybe they will do better. If they would have apologized and took care of us while we were there I would have probably returned and not sent in this review....

The check was split between myself and two friends. They paid cash, I paid with a card. Checked my bank account the next day to discovered I was charged for all three meals. Now my bank account is depleted and I have a manager telling me it is a common mistake to happen at their restraunt. With the holidays in two days I barely have enough gas in my car to get where I need to and no money to fill my tank. Thanks for taking a great visit and turning it into an overwhelmingly negative and horrible experience. Now I have $9 to last 2-5 buisness day which means until after New Years. Thanks jerks. Also we were not really told the name of our server having several different people waiting on us. Only reason I gave 2 stars as the food was actually pretty good.

The bread was hard. Seemed stale. The decor was warm and inviting but the food is just not good anymore. I had the shrimp da frivolo? And it was tasteless. Some spaghetti noodles were mixed in by accident as well. The dish was very dry lacking any sauce at all. My husbands Chicken Madera was also a miss. It was like a gravy sauce on top of chicken. The only thing that was good was my childs spaghetti. I keep trying to like this place due to its location and decor but I give up. Too many lousy meals. We wont be back

Ordered takeout for my wifes birthday party. We had a pan of lasagna, a pan of chicken caprese and teremuso. An enjoyable evening with family and great food. I placed the order early and Bravo had a shift change and my order was misplaced. Even though they were busy, they still were able to get the order ready in under a half hour. The manager then gave me the entire order for free! Wow, we will definitely be repaying Bravo with repeat business. Very nice that they respect their customers time and plans.

visited Bravo today for lunch, had the pasta Woozie and I cant remember Alfredo and chicken ever tasting as delicious, i really enjoy going to a restaurant on my lunch hour and being able to eat great quality food and receive top quality service.. Michelle took care of a minor carryout issue and definitely made up for it ... everyone who waited at my table was very kind and made sure i had everything needed for me to enjoy my meal. highly recommend eating here.

This place is as generic as they come. It is basically the Italian version of Applebees. It is just filled with average tasting, overpriced and generic food items one would expect from an Italian restaurant. There really is absolutely nothing special about this place and I am probably never going to go back. It fits the mold of generic chain American restaurant and has absolutely nothing special about it. Move along folks, there is much better out there.

Exceptional service. The host honored our request for a booth and quickly cleaned up a table for us. The food came out quickly, and we had fresh bread right away to keep us occupied. The manager even brought out dessert for us! Overall an excellent experience. To too it off, its also reasonably priced. This place is a new go to for a nice dinner.

Completely enjoyed yet another evening out at Bravo. The restaurant manager is simply extraordinary and treats his customers with a level of excellence rarely seen or experienced. My interaction with him and his staff will not soon be forgotten. They are fabulous. The food was out of this world (particularly the tiramisu). Highly recommend.

Amazing service and all the food we got was delicious! Jeff (I think that was his name) was an outstanding server. He was super personable and very friendly. He brought us a free dessert for my birthday :) I ordered the grilled chicken with goat cheese and mashed potatoes and it was one of the best dishes Ive ever had. Definitely recommend!!
