I know everyone goes out to eat for different reasons: food, service with a smile, or mat be for a quick bite. I go out for the food. Something that was lacking at the Strongsville Chipotle, on Pearl rd, today. They were using more rice than usual and at first, I just thought they were going to be generous. Far from it. They must be trying to hide how they have decreased the serving sizes of the real food. They put what looked like a small puddle of beans, off to the side. I could have asked for more, but wasnt really in the mood for beans. However, if beans are your thing, pay attention when they serve it. The meat was a joke. Not one of those funny ones that make you laugh. The type of joke that leaves you speechless, wondering what just happened. I got home, opened my bowl, and found that not even a quarter of the bowl had meat on it. In all honesty, it was closer to an eighth of the bowl. I came for the meat. Rice, beans and cheese can be purchased from Costco for a whole lot less and arent hard to make. The meat is the tough thing. Its what makes it worth it for me to swing by Chipotle, rather than stop at home and make my own. I no longer see a purpose to go to Chipotle if this keeps up. Normally, this branch is real good. Im hoping that they dont end up as bad as the Medina branch. Ill give the Strongsville branch, on Pearl rd, another chance, only due to how great they normally are.

This particular Chipotle, not all Chipotles as a whole, is a dump. The staff is nice, and pleasant, but every time my family and I have gone to eat there, the place is filthy. Food on tables, tables not wiped down, high chairs are flat-out disgusting (I have my daughter sit on my lap instead of the high chairs), and wrappers, food, lids to drinks are strewn across the floor, everywhere. Go in, get your food, and get out before you catch anything.

This is by far the worst chipotle I have been to. I was served the scrapes of everything and the food was cold. Not only was I served cold and meager portions the staff was unfriendly and rude. They need to reconsider the personnel working at this location, it seems like its a bunch of teenagers that dont care about customer service. I highly recommend the Independence chipotle location.

Not happy! Online ordered 40 min before pickup. Get there when order was supposed to be ready, wasnt ready. They didnt even make it right away. I waited 14 minutes past pickup time before they handed me my food, and order was prepaid! Husband and baby waiting in car! Dont offer me a free drink while I wait, should do better than that. Unacceptable!

Food was great only reason why Im giving 3 stars.... other than that every staff member we encountered were rude and very unfriendly not like most staff you see at other chipotles considering the type of enviroment I couldnt believe how negative the energy was. Will probably stick to Bagley location sorry

Food looked like its been sitting out all day. Beans had a film over them like they werent touched for the entire day. Chips tasted like they were 3 days old, didnt even eat them. I paid for chips and salsa... got no salsa in the bag. Im driving home... pretty much scared to eat my bowl. Lol

I like the place and the food, the ONLY issue (for customers) is that theres ALWAYS line that reaches the door. Takes me about 10-15 min to go in and out the door... wish that would improve.

Great Chipotle because of the staff. They are always friendly and keep the line moving quickly. A great destination for lunch but plan to either get there early or late to avoid the rush.
