I stop to this place because my son birthday. This place has a excellent. Music ,Excelellent Staff but to provide complete excent customer service you have listen to your customer. I hak to one of the server at the end please come with a cake or small cake and lets say happy birthdays. To my son he say yes but at the end he didnt do nothing and my son was very sad because of that for only this reason we give one start. For only this reason they ruined my son night . Please dont Order the Stake sandwich very bad. Please dont. Order the buckets. Of beer is a rip off. The chicken sandwich was excellent and the food for my birthday boy was okay. Any ways thank you for having us in your restaurant.

This bar/restaurant was only open one night the entire time we were on vacation. It was last Friday night. My wife and I only came here for drinks. The servers were friendly, but not very attentive. We had to wait a while for our drinks and also had to wait even longer for our waitress to check on us and give us another round. There was live music, but the entertainer wasnt very good. We hoped to see Chris Kemp, but he was away during the time we were there. My wife also mentioned her mixed drink was very weak as if there was no alcohol in it. Im not sure why this place was closed on both Mon and Tues night.

Weve gone there in the past and enjoyed the food, and we like the fact that we can sit outside with our dog, but the food and service have both gone way downhill. We went this last Sunday afternoon and the place was half empty - not busy at all. We paid $14 each for shrimp tacos and were served two very skimpy tacos with a handful of nacho chips and a small container of salsa out of a jar. There were no condiments on the table. Waitress was very rushed and didnt really seem to care. Very disappointing. Probably will not go there again, except for an occasional cold beverage.

I came to La Ola on an off-season Friday night because of the favorable reviews on Yelp and Google, but I left very disappointed. The live music was terrible, there were only two servers working a full house, and the food had some problems as well. Both burritos my wife and I ordered left quite a bit to be desired. The meat inside was fine but the lettuce was old and soggy, the salsa had obviously come from a store bought tub, and the rice was quite burned and hard. I hope it was just a bad night because Ive had better meals at Taco Bell.

First they could not tell us which was the fish burrito and which one was the shrimp borito, we had to try. Food was cold. They tried to warm up the food. We did not get new one. The fries were really really bad. We complained but I dont know why it was not getting better. They added 20% tip on the check. I never complained up to now.

This was a fun and relaxing place to have dinner with the kids. This isnt the greatest Mexican food youre going to find, but it certainly beats any fast food joint. We liked the live music and being located right in the heart of Times Square made it a great place to just sit back and enjoy a decent meal while people watching.

This is one of our favorite spots when we are in town. This time we had the Hawaiian and Margherita flat breads, they were delicious. The drinks never disappoint from the cocktails to the martinis to the shots! Our server, Milti, was awesome as usual! Of course Phil tops it off with his variety of music that fits our style!

Came in for drinks, ordered 2 well rums and a specialty shot and it was $20 (!!) Dollars. The soda was flat, and drinks were watered down. Waited 10 minutes for the drinks with less than 5 other tables filled. Server was noticeably disappointed that we only wanted drinks and no food.

Good food and fun atmosphere. Outdoor seating is great for people watching. Waitress wasnt as excited about taking care of our family of 5 table as she was other customers as refills were a burden. Otherwise, worth the visit. Maybe a bad night for the lady waiting on us.
