I am the biggest fan of chipotle, this one is awful. Employees rubbing snot on gloves, touching their faces and cleaning agents then preparing foods. Unacceptable. Today the burrito bowl had a full size bay leaf in it. The chips I bought were all stale and had an unidentified dead bug in the bottom, (photos will be posted to Google pictures) its been there for at least a week. Then the fresh brewed tea, needed to be refilled, cleaned and remade. It was awful. The sautéed peppers and onions werent cooked at all, awful. I will never eat at this location again. Sucks because it is so close to my house. Chipotle fail.

I placed an online order, set the pickup time for as soon as I could. I was called by the store to let me know that wasnt going to be a possible request, I would have to wait an entire hour longer. I decided to goto the store and get it in person only to find 3 customers total in the store. When I questioned the manager the response was basically "it happens". I have gone back on several occasions and have had pretty standard service. Also I have had better food at other chipotles.

There were more employees working then could fit behind the counter. The line was barley moving. I had to ask for extra rice because the girl barley put any in the bowl. No one smiled... The quality is below standard to any other Chipotle I have been to in the last 5 years. I havent eaten yet, but Im hoping Im not disappointed with that too. Not sure I will be back.

The staff is not very friendly. They never give you a full scoop of anything. If I ask for extra condiments they give you attitude like its a problem that you want extra. I never go there because of those things. Its very annoying and rude. Also their meet never seems fresh like the other Chipotle. There is always fat on the chicken. It makes me loose my appetite.

WORST Chipotle I have ever been to!! Terribly prepared food! The portions are also the smallest I have seen! The workers are lazy and are more interested in talking to one another than serving the customers. They are always out of everything! And you only find that out after waiting in like for 15min!! Will never go back should be investigated by corporate!!

Definitely the smallest portions I have ever had at a Chipotle. I definitely feel like they are putting the barest minimum of ingredients in the sandwiches in order to save money. The result is burritos that taste dry. I have to order double meat for my boss in order to get what would be a normal serving at any other location

Much much better than the Medina location...crazy to think it is the same process and prodecure however we feel Brunswick takes better care of following process for a higher quality ouput. Nicer people, food isnt overseasoned or burned like Medina. Keep up the great work!

I spent $43 here and finally go to the chicken portion of burrito in the last two bites. You could see the bottom of the bowl of my wifes uneaten burrito bowl. I feel like I didnt get my moneys worth.
