Staff was very nice, but seemed poorly organized. Ill pop in there if Im there, but Ill avoid it. They always seem flustered, dont quite get your order right... I normally gob on mayo and stuff myself, but I literally took off multiple spoonfuls from my chicken sandwich when I got home- there was at a minimum 3 tablespoons of Mayo, so it squeezed out all over the place... its those little things. But as I said, they are nice and I dont have a terrible experience, its just not very good.

Very bad service - had to wait a for my food sitting there in the bag at the window while she took several cars orders. She already had my money but couldnt hand me my food. Then it was low carb - no bun... so they put a hamburger in the box and threw lettuce (wilted!) on top of it topped with a pickle. it was ridiculous - never going back!

If you want FOOD POISONING go here. Visited 10/24/16 @ 4:30pm for dinner. Had onion rings and chicken fries, BAD IDEA. Food poisoning from what the Atrium hospital visit to the ER said it was. Also place smelled horrible thru the drive thru window. Like burnt on grease from the fryer, like when you dont clean it out after 72 hrs.

Average BK... its in the middle-ish of town, so youre going to have to get off the highway a bit if thats your plan. The service is just... slow. And not even because they had to make fresh food or anything... If Im in the area, I might venture back, but I wont get off the highway to go. Its just always been OK...

Slow moving. Food was okay, but service and customer service is lacking. I watched them shuffle fries out of one container into another because they didnt have enough to fill the order properly...by no means was the first one overflowing with fries.

Did not get what I ordered a few times. Service was slow for only a few customers they had. UPDATE: April 2017. New staff. Orders have came out in a timely manner, and as ordered. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean for a fast food place.

Decent service. They try really hard, but it seems like every time I visit there is a new employee being trained. I use the BK app to pay, and every time the cashier says, "Ive never done this before, hold on..."
