This BK sucks, I went to BK on Saturday night after taking my family to the zoo (Cinci zoo, festival of the lights, a lot of fun) We went through the drive through, and the lady taking our order was very rude, and maybe she was have a bad night. We ordered 2 Whopper meals one with a soft drink and one with a bottle of water. One was $5.18 the other was $5.11 I thought that was weird having two different prices but no big deal. Until I got to the window and she handed us our food and we were missing one fry, when I told her we were missing a fry she was very rude saying we did not order a fry, when in fact we did. I offered to pay for another fry, when she got ruder and told us to wait and she would go get another fry. When she came back about 3 minutes later with the fry she had the oddest smirk on her face and said enjoy. I did not eat that fry and I will never eat at that Burger King again!

We stopped here for breakfast before heading to the Beach Waterpark. We asked for 3 sausage and cheese crossanwiches and two bacon, egg and cheese biscuits. We were told that they were out of biscuits, so we ordered them as ccrossanwiches. When we opend the sandwiches, we found the cheese had just been plopped on there (not melted), the "buns" were stale and moist, the eggs were slimy and we were unable to eat them. That is just the food portion, lets talk about the service for a minute, the drive through was slow and we waited for 15-20 minutes. We thought maybe the food was being made fresh, but what we got seemed to be old and warmed up in a microwave. The attendant at the drive thru seemed disinterested and was not friendly at all. VERY disappointed and will not be stopping there again!!! Waste of our money!!!

It was more expensive because of its proximity to Kings Island. They add stuff to your order without asking like cheese on my whopper and a drink to my nuggets and fries. I was too tired to realize it at the time or to argue.

Manager was extremely helpful. Helped us get everything we needed. Only regret was that mens bathroom had no towels and had dryer did not work. But food and service was great!
