This was by far the worst experience ive ever had!!!! I come in with my family and order a soda and the soda machine was down, so of course i ask them if they can fix it, the manager rolls her eyes and says its not down she said that everything taste fine! So i ask if i can literally have my money back which is literally 1.70. She says where is your reciept if you dont have one we will not give you your cash back. Well Steph the Manager at mason panda express asks my mother if she would like to dig in the trash and find it!!!! Of course my mother says NO and the manager wants us to stand there and wait 30+ min for her to search the cameras. I PROMISE I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!

Orange Chicken; yea! Same food as every-other Panda Express, but busy because of the location. This also means that, unless youre catching them just before closing, you get pretty fresh food. Ive always had to wipe down my own table here. The drink self service area is frequently out of cup lids or napkins, and Ive never seen it neat and orderly. I think that they just get too much business to keep up. The Deerfield location has a bizarre parking lot exit (you get stuck performing a U turn unless you exit out of the back of the lot.

The fried rice was undercooked, the pieces of rice were hard, rubbery and crunchy, like i was eating it raw. Th chicken was cold, and hard to eat. The food in general felt like it was just microwaved left overs. Ive had panda express multiple times, it was never tasted this awful. The fountain drinks tasted if they were running out of flavor and needed to be changed. I ordered a big plate which consisted of orange chicken, beec brocolli, string bean chicken and a side of fried rice. Disappointed and didnt even finish my food.

Every time I go, the employees do not want to be there. Always out of food. I order online and my food was not ready. Eight people were waiting and so I left and wait by the pick up area for 10 minutes and no one came to me. They had one employee working and one walking around. I called the store to cancel my order. They told me to call number online and they cannot cancel it. WOW! WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never eating there again.

Everytime we walk in the resteraunt it leaves a lot to be desired. The cleanliness of the resteraunt is nonexistent. The food is always minimal options compared to what is actually on the menu. In addition, the customer service is as expexted based on my other comments- lackluster. Since there is nothing to look forward to I will not be returning, which is unfortunate considering the concept is a good one.

Ive never visited any other Panda Express so I can only comment on this location. My son always wants me to go here so against my better judgment Ive gone here several times and to my disappointment it is always the same. The food options are limited because they are "out of most everything". The people that work here always have a poor attitude and the place is filthy. I will not be returning here again.

Typical Panda express location. Food is good staff is nice. Sometimes the portions are smaller then other locations. The worst part about this location is the seating. They literally have 8 tables for dinning in. If you visit during lunch time its difficult to get a table. There are a few outside tables weather permitting.

My family LOVES panda express! We mostly all end up getting Orange Chicken because it has never left us down. Sometimes the food looks to have been sitting out for a while and doesnt look to satisfying but they typically switch them out quick enough, the only time this might be a problem is during off peak times

I usually drink a cup of water but on my visit here I wanted to try something different, besides pop. However there tea and everything else they had to offer was discussing! It took the manager 10 minutes to give me a refund. The food is not even as good as a average Chinese buffet

The food as was burnt, dry, and very greasy, almost like it been sitting there for a while. The people had horrible attitudes, and didnt want to fix our situation and got an attitude with us when the manager offered us a refund. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

Visited on Friday night around 8 pm.Understaffed and out of most foids. Food was cold and definitely not.gourmet. First and last trip have had stomach pain shortly after eating there. Same thing for others in our party. Also staff was not very persinable.

Their orange chicken is great. Its like a fast food go to restaurant so the seating not bad for that. Most of the staff serves good quantities. Their food is usually fresh since they keep cooking it as soon as it is about to run out mostly.

I had the plate meal for a lunch and it was just the right size for me at a pretty decent price. The plate lets you pick 2 entrees and 1 side. I was a huge fan of Orange Chicken but the Kung Pao Chicken was just okay.

The place is so short staffed they open late a lot, cleanliness I question also. Food is often dryed out an nasty. Dont recommend. The Asian wok down the st has way better food quality and service
