Avoid, privileged adolescents that dont greet you upon arrival. I knew stopping in was a bad idea, with an empty parking lot at 7:30 on a saturday night. Prepared my sandwich incorrectly, although it was rang in correctly on my receipt. No pizza sauce, I ordered extra. Also, added mushroom, I asked for no mushrooms. Didnt cut my sandwich. Sorry I didnt pay $34 to get ignored when I walk in, and have my food thrown together by some kids whose only desire is to get home on saturday night. First and last time.

didnt wash hands after handling money, Im 8 months pregnant and not trying to give my unborn child and unknown diseases since the boy or woman working didnt wear gloves or wash their hands after answering the phone or handling money ... I had to make them remake my sandwich and they had an attitude about it. Id recommend the Dayton mall pen station, not the one in springboro, they are not very sanitary.

I really like the food at the Penn Station chain and this location is no exception. What I dislike, however, is waiting in a drive up line for 25 minutes to pick up an order that I called in. They need to figure out a better way to handle their drive up window to prevent situations like this in the future. If they remedy that I would easily give this location 4 stars.

We order here somewhat frequently (carry out). The food is always great but the wait is consistently terrible. I placed our order at 6:41 and was told it would take twenty minutes. Its now 7:21, my husband is still inside waiting for our order, which was for two subs and two small fries. Very frustrating.

Not bad for fast food but recently it seems the amount of meat on the sandwiches has dwindled a bit. I always get the Dagwood which is very good. Not sure who decided ordering you food at one counter and drink at another was a good idea. Always seems to confuse everyone.

It is not often you go to a restaurant and are verbally attacked by the manager for no good reason and before even ordering the food. Unless you like to be ordered around like a prisoner in a concentration camp avoid this location at all costs.

The shorter cute girl with brown hair was amazing. Everyone else sucked ass. Food was good only because she made it. I think they said her name was Brooke. Definitely will be returning if she’s working still.

When I walked in I got treated horribly I had cleats on and the guy there was being rude and disrespectful to us and he was to telling us to leave. Really bad place to eat too

A little greasy, but the food tastes great...I love the philly cheesesteak and the lemonade is awesome. Drive-thru is a little slow, but the order has always been correct.
