The first few years after this Chipotle opened they had an excellent staff. I would go in at least once most times twice per week. I knew all their names they knew mine and they knew my order as soon as I walked in the door. Now every time I go in they have different people and 90% of the time they are new and have no idea what they are doing. Overcooked flour tortillas, too much/too little rice and meat and cheese, green salsa is never consistent (sometimes it tastes like water and sometimes you cant taste anything over the burn), chips are never EVER cooked all the way, and 3 out of 5 of the times I went in the past month the person didnt wrap my stuff right and it leaked all over the bottom of the bag and all over the seat of my car! They are frequently out of rice, meat, and peppers and onions. It used to be if I had to wait, which I dont usually mind because they are busy, I would get chips and salsa on the house or free drink. Sometimes, even a free burrito. I havent seen the management at the front of the house in ages! I used to rave about theyre customer service...now not so much.

By far the slowest Chipotle in Cincinnati, I eat at a Chipotle 5-7 days a week and it is almost impressive how poor this one in Mason operates. On Saturday open around 11 am with 5 people in front of me took 28 minutes to get through line. This one tends to skimp a bit on portions compared to others which isnt a big deal for me but the time in line is ALWAYS incredibly long compared to any other location I have ever been too. The employees and Management should feel personally bad about how poor they do their job. You dont have to make a bunch of money to have a little bit of pride in what you do for a living.

Worst ever. Waited 30 mins on white rice to be done. Then rushed me and didnt take time to hear what I wanted in what bowl.messed up my order twice.was fed up and ready to go so told her what ever leave it its fine.girl said she could not hear me but who can hear when your not listioning.and there was no line to even be rushing for.then leave and get out of the car they have me a wet bag so all the food I waited 30 mins for went on the ground.to have good service maybe you should take a min and look at the customer and hear what they want.never going back.

Weird experience: Out of several meats, couple of dozen people waiting longer than necessary in the way of other orders. Trash overflowing, drink station was flooding around the floor, dirty tables, etc. In the midst of it all, an employee on break (totally valid legally) enjoyed a burrito at a table in front of the folks in line. Once she was done, she walked over to Dairy Queen and brought back an ice cream to enjoy. As for the food, it was not up to par with the quality I have grown to expect from Chipotle.

I love Chipotle, but not this location. Ive given it multiple tries, but they just cant seem to get it together. Always out of food, staff playing on their cell phones while they stand in front of a grill that has nothing cooking on it, very dirty dining room and extremely slow. If you want Chipotle Tabasco hot sauce, youll be asking for it because the one bottle that they keep out is always empty. Read the other reviews then do yourself a huge favor and go to another location.

This location skimps on the amount of food they give in a big way - half a spoonful at best. They never have peppers/onions. The other day they didnt have chicken so I was forced to choose steak and for $7.50 I got half the amount of steak they are supposed to give. They do rush you through the line and its difficult for anyone to hear with the music blasting over their speakers, conveniently located right above the ordering line. I will never go back to this location again.

This is an average chipotle. Sometimes it is quick. Others it is very very slow. A couple days ago I did an online order and showed up a few minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. There was one customer in line who was an employee who looked to be on break. There were about 6 or 7 people working on other random things and they had one very clearly new employee start making all 3 of the items I had ordered. It took almost 20 minutes to get my food.

Went to this location for our very first chipotle experience. Such a wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was there to make sure we knew what we were getting and what our options were. When they learned that it was our first time they comped our meal and even gave us chips and salsa at no charge. Will definitely be recomending this restaurant and location to all my friends and family. Thanks for such a great experience.

I love Chipotle, but I have been to this location only twice. Each time I get the impression that the place is run by teenagers with no adult supervision. Not that all teenagers are not serious workers, but when the condiment area is a mess, there is trash on the ground, and people are on their phones, it makes feel like they could pay a bit more attention to the customer. Food was still good :-)

I travel a lot and I usually cannot find a Chipotle, but I found the one on Kings Mills in between buildings. I was having a bad day, and the cashier said my lunch was on the house, I asked her why, and she said I didnt smile and I didnt look happy and she wanted to cheer me up. I almost cried, they really treat you like family and will take care of you. And the food is excellentexcellent!

Great chipotle, best one around honestly. The only bad part is the line-because this is a good one obviously. Helpful and friendly staff/management. Actually I went to a different one today and it only made me disappointed in comparison because of the quality of this Mason location sets the standard of good expectations to have at all chipotle stores. Always the best here.

Worst chipotle Ive ever visited, I noticed while I was in line for 15 minutes that it was extremely quite and I realized it was because the employees didnt say a word to each other. They messed up my order, there were piles of trash near the back door money laying on the back counter near the food and they didnt seem to care or work hard at all, slowest chipotle Ive ever been in.

Every time I or a family member has gone to this location, weve left disappointed. They seem to mess up our order every time, the service is slow, and theyre almost always out of something. The customer service is hit or miss, but usually not good. Its the closest location to my house, but theyve lost me as a customer for sure. If you want Chipotle, just go to another location.

I came in and most of the tables were covered in food debris and trash. One of the workers pushed all of the debris onto the floor with a napkin that was left on one of the tables. The drink/utensil area was a mess. They were almost out of forks. There was hot sauce spilled into the sugar packets. The food prep area was a mess. Approximately 7:30 pm on a Monday.
