Guys. I dont care if this IS the most convenient Taco Bell. Drive the extra 5 minutes down 725 and go to the one by Big Lots. In the time you drive all the way down there, place your order, pay, collect your food, and drive back up the hill... you would STILL be waiting to place your order at the 741 location. No, Im not exaggerating-- I literally tested this theory once. I mean, I dont know, maybe you really like wasting your life sitting inside your idling car staring at the car in front of you for 20+ minutes. Maybe you like being trapped in a single-lane drive-thru where you cant just give up and leave because someones behind you. Maybe customer service doesnt mean anything to you. Maybe! I dont know your life. But if youre like me-- and youve got things to do that DONT involve unnecessarily waiting for slow people to stop texting and do their job-- then dont bother. This location is like the deadbeat member of a group project at school: they will do nothing but let you down.

It took us 30 minutes to get a order of 10 tacos. All hard shell, by the time we get to eat them they are soggy. After 30 minutes of waiting I checked the order and the manager seem to take offense to this. People in the drive thru were coming inside wanting a refund. Which they had to wait 20 minutes to get. Two idiots were working on the line, one of them came in and was like how many tacos do I need? The other skinny white guy with a small ponytail is laughing as Im counting my 10 hard tacos that like I said were so soggy they were soft. Manager was rude, people were upset, the two dorks on the line thought this was funny. Never going back here until they get rid of the rejects and get competent management, they really need to tighten this place up. The whole place is two joints shy of being a great place.

This crew is OUT OF CONTROL - 3/29/16 ~12:30 you walk in, no one at the counter - some fool in front of the counter starts YELLING for the counter person, several times, who actually is standing in view of the counter but is visiting with someone and too busy to be interrupted with customers DURING LUNCH HOUR!- you then get to repeat your order several times to get it right, then the guy that made the order starts messing with you, YELLING your name and being weird. I did pay for my order and got it but I just pitched in in the trash and walked - too upset to eat. and this isnt the first time - I have stopped in - again no one at the counter but workers can see me - I wait 10 minutes and still no one so I leave, as I leave I notice 3 workers out back smoking... Evidently the owner doesnt care

I had a very bad experience November 27th 2016 and I immediately called the store manager and brought it to his attention and he assured me that when I came in that he would take care of my problem and as soon as I came in today December 5th 2016 he immediately recognized my voice without me even given him my name and he took care of me without even questioning anything the entire staff as well as the store manager was very friendly and interacting with each other and they are actually look like they enjoy being at work unlike the night crew my hat goes off to the store manager Tay Taco Bell really can use a lot more store managers like him I will definitely be coming back when I know Tay and the day crew is here my food was extremely hot and fresh thanks Tay

Worse experience EVER! I would love to say something nice but honestly, I cant not one thing. Called the manager at 9:30 pm to explain how they charged me for 2 items I didnt get and the order they did give me was wrong. He said "sorry sweetheart, bring it back and Ill exchange it". Really? Im not your sweetheart! Ha ha ha the management is as educated as my 4 yr old. Very sad. Ill spend my money else where. After all thats exactly what the staff/management want. They can stand around and talk all shift and collect their 5.00 an hour. Getting no where fast. Lol. Winners

Literally the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I ordered online, which is a very easy process. When I got there, I waited in line, and couldnt back out because people were behind me, for almost forty minutes. When I got to the window, I had to wait to fresh food that I didnt even order. On top of that, the people on grill had no idea how to make my food and were confused and argued about it for five minutes. I also didnt even get my food put in a bag. Will not be going back. The only positive thing is that the food quality is very good. Usually pretty fresh.

This Taco Bell has gone way down hill. Its the closet one to us and we dont eat out often, but the few times we have been here, you sit in the drive thru for 20 mins, your order will be wrong WAY wrong every time guaranteed. We have called cooperate the service, wait time, and food was so bad, all they said was this one is a franchise we will have the owner call you.... Not that I expected much and I hate to complain but this has to be the worst service I have ever dealt with, One star is really to generous for this place.

I have waited 10 minutes in line to order to only get up to order screen and Im told that they are out of beef for 30 minutes so now I sit stuck in line another almost 20 minutes since you can not get out just to be able to pull away with no food. And the screen has flavors of the freezes that they no longer carry. This is the closest Taco Bell to where I live and work but I will start going to another one cause all this one has is problems and bad service. Thanks for wasting my time!!!

Bad customer service in the drive thru the cashier sounded like she hated her job. Asked for no ice in my drink and I had ice in it which it doesnt really bother me to much but when I come to a place and order something I expect to get what I asked for. I also ordered a apple empanada and it wasnt even cooked so I take it back in to ask for a cinnamon twist and what a surprise they werent done either. Would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone of my friends

Burned up an entire lunch break waiting inside for our "fast" food. First two box meals came out 15 and 20 minutes after ordering, one of which contained food that looked to had been stomped on prior to sending it out. Then they forgot to even make the third one. Get real. Manager was apologetic for the forgotten meal but I wont be returning. This was at 11:10 in the morning with an almost empty lobby and drive thru when we arrived.

Drive thru was closed (no sign, we were told when we tried placing our order) on a Saturday evening. We were told we could come inside if we wanted food. Waited 15 mins after ordering before asking about our food. Employees were dancing and playing around in the food prep area while guests were lined up waiting for orders. No sauces napkins or forks available. ... dinning room was a mess. Will NOT eat here again.
