Stopped in prior to an appointment and sat and drank a diet Coke and just watched out the window and inside the restaurant. The inside of the Burger King was clean Pleasant and inviting. The staff there were friendly and courteous behind the counter.

Found a hair on top of my breakfast burrito. There was a long black thick hair on my food when I unwrapped it. I will never go to a Burger King ever again. Threw out my food and almost threw up when I saw that. Terrible hygiene practices.

They Need to put there best workers upfront. Every time I go the cashier has an attitude. He littarly pushed the receipt into my hand with my change. But there are a few people that work there that are the bomb at there job.

I have had so many bad experiences with the Burger king locations in Lakewood. By chance my and I chose to visit the location in Rocky River, and must say, I now know where to go when I want a Whopper!

I asked the lady for a bbq sauce and she said "WHO?". I asked again and she said "TWENTY FIVE CENT". Also, the ketchup tasted like and had the consistency of tomato sauce.. One star. :)
