I havent been to this location since the remodel. I gotta say, I miss the carousel horses and the airplane fan. It was so whimsical and fun. I was pretty bummed out when I saw they got rid of them. I am an old man....its not often I get to relive the things in my childhood I loved. My childhood memories were squashed like a bug on the windshield of life. *le sigh* The carousel horses and fan werent the only things they got rid of. Apparently they took the staffs personality and fun attitudes with them. This place used to be full of smiles and bubbly humans. Sometimes they were so happy, it made me wanna slap em. Luckily I no longer need to worry about a possible assault charge. No one was rude by any means. But they certainly werent happy or inviting. Our server was direct and to the point....no frills or extra personality. Cant say I was or wasnt a fan. I just was..... Ordered the Chips with "more guac than ever" and salsa. I dont know how much guac they had before, but it must have been enough for a 1/32 of a teaspoon per chip. Literally we had about 1/4 cup of guac. I could use that on one chip. Come on people. The worst part? The chips came out stale....so we sent them back for replacement chips. The server didnt hesitate or complain and it was back lickity split. Split the Pepper & Smoke burger no bun and steamed broccoli. I loved how they actually brought us two separate plates and sides. The burger was very good and the steamed broccoli was cooked perfectly. The restaurant was clean and we got sat right away. Cant say Id go outta my way to come back to this location, but Ill be back at some point.

I went to the grand opening of the Red Robin in Beachwood Ohio years ago. After a terrible experience I vowed never to return. Yesterday I decided to have lunch at your the Great Northern location and was pleasantly surprised! The food was amazing and our server Ian gave us INCREDIBLE service. Everything from the salad to the nacho appetizers and then our burgers were delicious. I will be back for sure! Please commend Ian on his service and winninng us back as loyal happy customers! Thank you for your time!

I was a HUGE fan of Red Robin for years! THE best burgers money could buy. Well, the last 2 times I went in there it was terrible. The place in N Olmsted is just looking old and dingy, the food was just OK. I called to say something as it is truly my favorite place to eat. The mgr was nice, gave me a gift cert for another visit...and that was terrible too! I wont be going back. There are so many great places to try and find, Ill just work on those.

Great friendly staff, clean eating area and bathrooms. we request Michelle when we go and she never disappoints- remembers our orders and we are served pretty quickly. The only thing I dont like are the balloons. My son is two- they come on a stick and are never knotted. They fall off easily and he cries. But I guess maybe just a tip to the person making them. Otherwise we love it. Good onion rings, great burgers and salad.

I really like Red Robin. That being said, I think the quality is dropping. Could they have jumped the shark? Im not sure yet but I have a feeling that the sun has begun to set on them. It seems like there is always an issue... Slow service, hostess has disappeared from the front, resulting in a very long wait to even request a seat, soggy food, etc. I really hope that Im just having some bad luck.

I was a regular at the Independence location for a couple years while working in the area. Slightly higher than average burgers and endless fries complimented by a choice of dipping sauces. Service is usually quick and accurate unless youre dining with someone who requests 5-6 modifications to their order. Try the Chipotle Aioli with the fries, nice smokey flavor with a kick.

Nice place for a family dinner. Prices are good and do not forget the bottomless fries. The menu has plenty of selections to suit most tastes. I enjoy getting a nice cold drink during the summer months and a special "warm me up" during the winter months. Ive been making this my last stop every Christmas eve after all of the last minute holiday shopping is done.

The day we went was really really busy. We were out in a weird place to sit. With a 6 month old, it took forever to get our food. Then they kept forgetting to get us refills on our drinks and fries, even after our waitress asked us 3 times if we wanted them. I dont think we will ever go to this one again. The restaurant in Avon it way better.

Absolutely love Red Robin but,I will never eat there again they have recently hired a worker named Gina Lovell I worked with her at her previous job.She is very nasty and dirty she brought head lice into her previous job.I guess Red Robbin decided to not check references or her previous employment.

Okay, theres very few "burger joints" well go to. In fact, we wont go to McDonalds or Burger King anymore. If we want a burger, its either here or Five Guys. Five Guys, we take to go. If we want to dine in and we have the $$, we go here. Lots of fun options and a fun atmosphere.

My favorite restaurant!! I come here way to often. The cheese sticks are great, the fries are amazing, and the crispy chicken salad is out of this world. Would recommend this to anyone. The new renovation is not my favorite but the food makes up for it.

Red Robin is a stable of casual burger chain restaurants. Lots of microwaved apps and average ingredients will always hold it back. However, the menu is varied and creative and give you lots of health and delicious options especially for vegetarians.

Todays visit would rate 4 stars because of the staff. But the high prices still make the rating lower. For instance, the soup and sandwich combo includes a plate of soup. The bowl is one inch deep and arrives half spilled.

Nice little restaurant. They have decent prices, great burgers, and bottomless fries. Also, any burger patty can be replaced by a garden burger of youre vegetarian. Friendly staff and pretty fast service. Would recommend.

Waitress forgot to give me the bread with my salad also she never came back to our table with the bottomless fries. It took her a long time to come back around to our table. Not impressed with the food nor the service.

Decent food, decent menu. Generally staff is nice, responsive. Menu has basically been same forever, just minor variances to the core sandwich menu. Was clean, and not too loud, despite been fairly busy.

A lot of potential for a really good burger place ruined by how grimey it is inside. It looks nice and the food is good but theres some strange coating of sticky laid over everything inside.
