Ordered flame-grilled chicken and I received an old, dried up breaded chicken pattie. After I returned it, my order was replaced with an old, overcooked, dried up grilled chicken breast. I returned then grilled chicken and requested a 10-pc chicken nuggets. The nuggets were fresh, hot and good. The tables and chairs in the childrens play area were dirty, the doors were full of greasy fingerprints, and the food prep area had a dirty floor. Ill never return!

Went to the bathroom first very unclean garbage can overflowing make sure I use paper towels provided to open the door on my exit ordered two Whoppers large fry people were behind me as I was looking at the damn flies flying around cant believe some young punk heavyset kid pulled up his pants while hes making other peoples food really.

We like the playground for the kids, but cleanness is a concern. Restrooms were a reck, soda machine and surrounding area was sticky and unclean. The joint just needs a good deep cleaning and a little upkeep. When hygiene is over looked its hard to assume its not the same way where their preparing your food.

Disappointing, even from a fast food joint. Service was really slow, there were no condiments available unless you stood in line to get them at the counter, and the drink station was a mess. Did have a decent kids play area though.

Dined in. Slow service, even at lunch. Seemed more interested in drive through orders. Food was meh. No condiments available - had to ask for salt, catchup and bbq sauce. Wasnt worth the coupon savings.
