They totally screwed me on the private room I reserved a month in advance for 30+ pepple. I called 3 times before jan18th to make sure I had the room and was assured I did . Well, on her bday I called to see if I could come like 10 min early.. a party of 10 people had my room! I could prove the day I reserved it. Some how the manager didnt write down I wanted the room and put me in the side eating area w/2 tables. But when I talked to him I asked for friday first and he said it was reserved, so I asked about Monday and he was "yes...totally open. Ill put you down for 6:30"....well the manager on duty said that Manger mustve messed up (I think it was him who took the reservation )....wouldnt give me a discount or anything. Ok so I went to the bakery to get my cookie tray I ordered the day before and guess what????no cookie tray. They had no order for one. But yet the girl asked me when I ordered what kind of cookies. ..I said whatever the kids like. She was good with that. Told me the price and when to get it! The line was out the door and 1 register open, ..out of tea, messy and hardly any fries. ...it sucked. I dont know what changed but the sucks manager did nothing to help. He was a jerk and didnt seem to care that people were out the door! He stopped one lady to take a To-go order on the phone!!! I saw on fb ALOT of people complaining about this fuddruckers. ...bakery not having anything either.. its gone way downhill. Yall need to look into yalls management! !!!!

My husband and I visited this place on March 18th, 2017. Before we could order our food there was a man that came up to us asking for money, a little frightened but we ignored him and placed our order. When our name was called, we picked up our food and the onion rings was cold, the fries on both plates looks as if they were crumbs at the bottom of the fry pan. When you spend$32.00,you expect to have a decent amount of food on your plate. When we went to add condiments, we were limited!! The condiment station was filthy and didnt have barely nothing there. The floor was dirty, it was a horrible experience. I wanted to ask for my money back but the manager was too busy talking outside instead of taking care of the store. I added pictures for references. Before there was a fuddruckers in Taylors or Duncan this was the only one. This place use to be spectacular when Ms. Bee and the others that cared work there. Now you have a bunch of young people and they dont have that same drive as the older people did and it showed once you walked in the store.

I had heard Fuddruckers was a popular place, and it clearly is enjoyed by many people, but I was disappointed with my first-time experience. The environment was loud, the tables and bathrooms unclean, and the burgers were just okay. I think some people enjoy assembling the rest of their burgers themselves with condiments and lettuce tomato onion, etc, but this was not a plus for me and our family. Expected the side of fries to be a basket full but got more of a single layer. The Shake was tasty but was served barely cold. My wifes Iced Tea tasted oddly of patchouli or dirt which was weird - maybe the serving containers havent been cleaned out in a few years? Not sure I would recommend to my friends.

It was good food . But when I got my burger I barely had a top bun . I had a full sized bottom bun and the top was terribly small . I was very disappointed i would have enjoyed it better if I didnt have to eat it with my fingers and could have picked it up like a normal burger .. and it was quite loud and the dinning area was very messy . Dont get me wrong the food tasted good but you should start checking the size of the buns before sending them out. I was hungry after a long day at work and wanted a nice fat burger but I pretty much only had a bottom bun.

Good franchise burger place, with plenty of toppings and sauces available. Fuddruckers has a build-your-own-burger bar, with numerous additions to choose from. Other than premium toppings like mushrooms and bacon that must be added during cooking, the bar has whatever you might want to put on a sandwich. The burgers themselves are big and fresh, served on buns made in house. After dinner, grab some cookies or sweet rolls from the bakery counter. The cookies are always fresh, and surprisingly good for just an addition to a burger restaurant.

I love Fudds, I got the wrong thing this last time I went but Im not gonna hold that against them. Food is always good, but remember its all the choices they give you that really make the difference, so take advantage of that. They have cheese sauce for dang sake. I watched the presidential inauguration on tv here, it was awesome. Probably gonna do it for the next one too #Trumpruckers #Fuddtrumpers #geturburgercookedmedium

Great bread! I like the hot dog and my wife likes the burger. We are pretty hard to please when it comes to buns. This place has some of the best in Spartanburg. The missing star is because the silverware (kept in buffet style holders) seems a bit less clean than it could be. Its great that they use metal silverware instead of plastic, but I always wipe it with a paper towel.

TLC Transformation Wow party was there tonight, loved the private space reserved for us. It was super cool for me, but asked and the fans were adjusted right away. The grilled lemon pepper chicken was really peppered down.....but overrall good food and great customer service.

Fuddruckers here in Spartanburg is great. The burgers and delicious and the onion rings are tasty. The manager James is awesome as well. He ensures you have what you paid for... however, one flaw is its packed on the weekends. Otherwise this Fuddruckers cant be beat!

Ordered a burger and they left the paper on the cheese I mean come on how difficult is to just pay attention, and they werent even all that busy. Dinning room was dirty trash everywhere, makes one wonder what goes on in the back if the front is kept like that.

Not very good. Service was pushed out fast without being checked. Burger was missing multiple things it was suppose to come with. Only the second one I have ever been too, and the first experience was just as bad, wont be back to one ever again.

Do not waste your time coming here. The food is not even good anymore. They took the cold fries from plate and put them back in fryer. Place was very dirty for only having 10 or 12 people eating. Staff also had bad attitude.

Funny I get the chicken every time instead of the hamburger. I find it to be just a bit overpriced, but still good. The bakery is a nice add on as well as the fixings bar. The store itself in need of a sprucing up soon.
