1.) I waited 5 minutes to place my order - no one answered me. I drove to the window. 2.) She took my order. I waited 5 minutes and she told me to pull up and she would bring it out. 3.) I waited 10 minutes. A car pulled in behind me, got their order and left. I backed up to the window. She looked at me and said " Oh, I forgot about you." I waited another 5 minutes. I had her check the order. A sandwich was missing. She got it, and gave a mini-cinn. roll for my trouble. Really? 4.) I get to work and there isnt any syrup for the two french toast stick orders. 5.) So, I got there at 8:50. I left there at 9:14. It took too long, I was late to work, the service was poor, the attitude was not appreciated. I called the manager, Angela, and was cut off as I was trying to explain what happened. She cut me off and excused it by saying they were trying to make a call to get the system working. Really? It took 4 of them to make a phone call? It sounded to me like talk about the night before not a business call on that girls cell phone. Customer service should have been their concern not what happened last night. Then, after the manager finished saying they were making this call she abruptly asked what was the problem, was there something wrong with my order? Why yes there was Anglea. A sandwich was not put in the order, there was no syrup, and they made me late for work by not focusing on their job. Get the food to the customer and get the order right, with the right attitude. Next time I pick up breakfast for the girls at work I will go to McDonalds. That is where I usually go and this just reminded me as to why.

I work till 10 @ night. So a couple of those nights my husband wants me to bring home some food. Almost every time I go there I only see only 1-2 people there @ pm, I always order #2,#7, 3 spicy chicken Jrs. always waiting for the chickens to get cooked. Therefore I dont get home til 10:30 pm. Now yesterday was a totally different story same order as always except I could not get my cokes due to pop machines being down but, was giving fappe for same price. I had asked the guy 1st off if he was the only 1 there he stated no which was a lie because he went in the back to make the food then came back and bagged it. I asked him if that was all my order he replied yes I lefted after waitng 15 min for my order. Then i got couple driveways down I thought I should double-check the bags after finding no #7 sandwich. Went back informed him what was wrong he did not ask me how I wanted that again just he was sorry again he disappeared to the back again which puts me in mind he was the only one there brought my sandwich to the window I had said that does have cheese with extra onion and tomato right he went back in the back to fix it. 30 min waiting all together screw ups includding. When I did get home I had no cheese on my sandwich, 2 thick onions on my #7 #2 also the same issues the drinks were discussing with no ice. This will be my last time I ever go back there after all that. I will be informing all of my co workers that are always eating up there morning noon and night. I can be 100% sure they will also not be eating up there as well!!!!!

THIS PLACE IS FILTHY INSIDE! The bottom of my tray is slimy. The dining floor is covered in dried salt and snow. Their stainless steel appliances are all streaked and grimy. ALL CREW are wearing their actual winter coats and the drive threw chic is wearing faded black jeans. Even the burger shoot looks like it has chunks of old mayonnaise on it. Even the burgers trays had water in them! You saw it splashing around as the wopper board guy was making food. Idk what changes have been done since my time working for this corporation, butThis store has really gone to crap since BJ NEELY left. I dont think I am coming back for a very long time. P.s. my whopper WAS cold when I got it. Big shock!

I went through the drive thru and waited 5 minutes. I then realized the order mic was not working so i pulled up to the window and made my order. They couldnt even hear me. The food took about 10 minutes to make, even though it wasnt worth it. Once I received my food, I specifically asked for no mayo and got on the highway. Once I opened my bag the nuggets were cold like they were made the day before. The sandwich was with cold chicken and they had put extra mayo instead of no mayo. Very disappointed in their service. • Horrible Food • Horrible Service • Even Worst Together I will never return to this location.

The inside was disgusting. The floor was sticky. The service was very slow considering that they had 5 people working back there and it was not crowded at all. After the 5 other customers left we were the only ones in there, and the employees stood around doing nothing. The self serve dink fountains had some nasty white stuff sprayed all over it, dont know if was someones attempt to clean or what, but it did not help. Do not eat inside this place. The shift managers just want to hide inside their offices and not do there job, by ensuring the employees are doing theres get new management!

If I could give less I would. Waited 10mins for 2 regular bacon cheeseburgers and a fry. And I waited 10mins then went to the window the woman said she was sorry she forgot about me so she put in a free sandwich. The sandwich was a OLD sausage croissant that they probably forgot to throw away. Unbelievable then I checked my food and there was NO bacon on the sandwiches I could understand if I had a big or complicated order but I just ordered a meal nothing special. Never coming here again.

If i could give them a negative star i would! Went to the drive thru and sat there for 10 mins. Was told right away to please hold a min, ok fine... 10 mins i sit there which even for me is too long! I said "hello?" Received "please hold a min". Im sorry but what is there only 1 person working in there? They were not busy by all means!!!! 1 car at window, me at speaker and someone behind me! Get it together!

Where do I start??? 1) We were given barbeque sauce instead of the sweet and sour that we asked for. 2) bought 3 drinks and gave us one straw. 3) gave me receipt with no prices on it, then 4) gave me Coke instead of DIET COKE! But the best of all was when we paid for our order with my credit card and they gave me a receipt with no prices on it and wanted me to sign a blank receipt to approve the charges!

This place is terrible. I was there for a late morning snack and could hear 2 employees screaming at one of their pregnant employees....the "District" manager was making terrible personal remarks towards the employee...which she ended up walking out of the resturant crying....how can someone in a Management position be allowed to talk to employees like that.....i am sure a law suit will be filed
