This place makes some of the best burgers Ive ever had, and this Crocker location is definitely my favorite! There are lots of negative reviews here, but they are not from people who knew how to experience gourmet food. Here are a few tips to get the best experience, but you have to be willing to give up any ideas youve been given from eating the truly awful beef at big national chains and fast food: 1.) Order the beef hamburgers, and dont order it cooked more than medium. This is fresh top-quality beef that hasnt been frozen, so it is perfectly safe to order this way, and is actually best ordered MEDIUM-RARE. This is the ONLY burger place Ive ever been where you can order the Plain Jane (which is a plain burger with just lettuce/tomato/onions on it) and put NOTHING ELSE on it and it is DIVINE! If you only want burgers well-done, dont even bother with this place, because you will not be impressed and you will be taking away room for the rest of us to get in ;-D 2.) Go to the pickle bar!!! This is the only stuff I add to my burger here 99% of the time. My favorites are the Tony Packo pickles and the pickled red onions. 3.) Stick with the beef burgers and brats...dont order the turkey burgers or pulled pork and expect the same experience...it just isnt likely. You can, however, order the burger without the bun if youre gluten free and still get the experience. 4.) Get the Lola Fries! Theyre seasoned with rosemary and super duper tasty! And theyre only $1 from 3-6pm for happy hour.

Not 100% sure what is the responsibility of the workers at the front door. As we stand there in front of the hostess stand; we have to make ourselves noticed because the one staff member decides to keep her head pointed down(no one else was waiting, zero waiting time at 7:30 on New Years Eve), At this point my wife felt weird. Since she really wanted a burger, we decided to stay; usually I just leave a place that dont want my money. Considering Crocker Park has plenty of other place to enjoy a meal. Burgers tasted different, burgers in the past seemed to be the size of a tradition homemade burger, this time they were more flat like a Wendys burger, cheese in the past seemed to be more like a cheese sauce, today they were non melted slice. This is the first time I liked the fries more than the burger, my fries were a bit on the cold side. Was glad I was able to enjoy my burger and milkshake. I almost didnt.

Ive gone to B Spot twice, and both times left being disappointed. The first time was at the Strongsville location, where we had horrible service but the food was good. This time at Crocker Park, the service was good but the food wasnt. I ordered a fat doug, cooked medium, and a side of lola fries. The burger came with a blue marker indicating a medium cooked burger. I bit into it, and the entire burger was well done with not even a tiny spec of pink throughout. If the kitchen can not deliver on doneness, do not have it on the menu. The fries were tasty when brought out, but they were lukewarm. I was also told they have a policy that they cannot bring out something early (such as if you want onion rings as an appetizer) and that everything is brought out at the same time. For me, this is 0/2 at B Spot, and I will not be going again anytime soon.

The first three times I came here I really didnt care for the burgers. I was advised to get my burger cooked to the same spec as my steak preference. Four years later I returned and ordered my burger medium...voila...awesome. Being a Mr. Heros Roman Burger fan (the location I worked at in high school is still going strong 35 years later), I tried the Yo! Very good. However, I prefer my 13 year old sons "build your own" with grilled onions, bacon, and white American cheese. Outstanding! Advice, the shakes are awesome and big. My son and I couldnt finish our burgers. We took them home and the second half was better the next day. Ive been to the Crocker Park location 4 times in 2 months. Linda at the bar is the best server Ive had there. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommended.

This place was amazing! First and foremost, our server (his name was Mark) was one of the best Ive had anywhere! We felt so welcomed and well taken care of. We had the chips and fondue, my hubby had the Fat Doug burger and I had the Shroom burger...both delicious and huge! For dessert we splurged on "Kick A**" Milkshakes. I had the cinnamon brownie with coffee infused rum, and my husband opted for the vanilla bean apple and bacon one with bourbon. (yes, bacon in a milkshake!) They were to die for!!!! We will definitely come back, and would recommend it over and over! Be sure to check out the beer can walk...wicked awesome! ;)

Best Burgers I have ever had, anywhere. They actually grind their own chuck here so its one of the few places you can actually order a burger medium or medium rare and not be at concern with the quality of the meat. They also have an excellent microbrew selections and have several very rare high end reserve beers that would be difficult to find just about anywhere. On the minus side the place isnt huge and gets packed in the evening, so expect a lengthy wait. Five Guys and Swensons are good, but they arent even in the same league in terms of flavour and quality of burgers.

Raw burgers really? ? Have ate here on 4 occasions and 2 of 4 times stone cold raw patty on burgers! Im talking raw to where you could roll into meatballs! Who cooks at this place?! Staff always polite and nice but wow really raw meat?? Never ever again. I called manager and he was very apologetic and did offer refund and new burgers. I declined both offers. Ill never patronize this place again. One would expect better from Michael Symons. First time happened though oh well maybe cook had day. Sorry but second time its genuine incompetence on cooks part and a pattern.

I am a cheese lover ..........was told i could not have 2 cheese on my burger.........are you freakin kidding me!!! ANY place would charge a buck or 2 and give me 2 cheeses......they gave some lame excuse......I should have left. Champs next door would have given me 2 cheeses...The burger was good but expensive and small!!! Im a small person who will split a burger with a girlfriend, well I did that and came home and had to eat!!! Do yourself a favor and go to Champs or 5 guys.....Michael Simon is not keepin a close enough watch...Dont waist your money!!!

Food here is phenomenal. Ive tried several of the burgers and havent been disappointed yet. Wings are great. And the bonus pickle bar is perfect for toppings. Also have to mention the great sauces... Not going to get Heinz ketchup here. Also have a great beer selection. Be ready to wait a while for a table during peak hours. Only gripe I have is that I havent had to many pleasant experiences with the wait staff. Never "rude" per se.... the just dont seem to really care they are there. I expect more than that out of a gourmet burger joint.
