The food here at Red Robins in Winter Garden use to be good and the customer service was as well, but I must say after my visit on today 10/6/2015, the customer service wasnt great at all, there was no one at the front to greet you as you come in, the lady at the bar to take my togo order was not worried about my food, even though someone else had packaged it up for her and brought it to the bar. She exceedingly passed right by my food with myself sitting at the bar waiting for her to give it to me, to speak with another waitress and proceed with making drinks when I interrupted her and asked her politely "Can I Have My Food Please?) She then stops and grabs it and hands it to me as if it was nothing to it. (though I tipped her anyway) I live 30 something odd miles away from the establishment and I get home to find out that my Cobb salad was made incorrectly for the second time, so I call to voice my complaint and called three times to just keep repeatedly getting a recording after no one answers the phone, now I hit the key on the phone as a choice to place an order, so imagine if I was trying to place an order. I have always given this establishment 5 stars when answering there surveys, but not any more, my family and I love Red Robin, we fell in love with it for the first time being stationed in LasVegas, but we will not be returning to this particular establishment again.

If you work in a restaurant then you know that its not necessarily the servers fault if things go wrong. This place has horrible management. They need to change their policy about "open seating" how do they expect servers to handle the floor when they are constantly being doubled, tripled, or quadrupled sat big parties. They need to be on rotation. Thats why this place has so many bad reviews. I dont blame the servers but the managers. I dont see them helping out their employees. I work for Darden and its a team effort. Our managers food run, and dont allow hosts to double or triple seat servers. If we triple seat then its up to the host to greet the table and get their drink orders. Its sad to see a good place get bad reviews because of management. The food here is amazing but they also got rid of my favorite salad the southwest chicken salad. Bring it back! Your new portions are not worth the price.

Today was the second time we have visited this Red Robin. My wife did not want to go back because we were treated like we were nonexistent last time and left, but decided to give it another shot as I love the chains burgers, have had good experiences at others and this is now close to us. We walked in, waited 10 minutes AT THE BAR that wasnt full, and the 2 girls behind it were staring at us but never came over. A group of 3 people walked over and sat next to us and they went right to them. Needless to say we got up and left again. The bartender glared at us and said youre leaving?. I told her if youre going to just stare at us and serve others who walk up after us than yes. I cannot comment on the food on account Ive never been able to get service there to get any, but will not be back, absolutely horrible service.

The service is very friendly. We ordered 1 non-alcoholic drink and 1 cocktail. The non alcoholic beverage came out right away and our server said she would be back with the drink from the bar. We didnt see her again until she brought out our burgers, which took awhile to make. I asked about my cocktail and she was horrified that she had completely forgotten about it. I told her I understood because they were very busy, but she felt so bad that she removed it from the bill. The burgers definitely made up for the wait because they were delicious! We will definitely be going back because even if they make a mistake, they go out of their way to make it right, and that is a great way to do business!

Worst dining experience I have ever had. Our waiter, Matthew, was disinterested and inattentive. As he came and removed my plate, I asked for more fries. 40 minutes later, I was still waiting. My friend was never offered a refill on her drink. During the 40 minutes, our waiter danced, loitered, and bussed food for others instead of tending to his own tables. I tried numerous times, but to no avail, to flag down a manager. I paid my bill, and spoke with the assistant manager, who apologized, but never offered any resolution. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Red Robin, and Id recommend you skip it as well, if you enjoy eating your meal in one sitting, and not in 40 minute spurts.

I decided to give them a third chance but much like the other poor reviews, the service was way too slow. Place was half full and watched people seated after us getting drinks before our waitress even came to our table. From getting served to getting more fries, even waiting for her to take my card and pay took way too long. We asked for more fries when we were half done with our food. She brought them when we were long finished and was waiting for the check. We only ordered drinks and entrees and we were there for approx. 1 1/2 hours! We were a party of 4 BTW. Go to the other side of the mall and eat at 5 Guys! Way better food and service!

Brand new atmosphere, which separates the different areas of the restaurant. Noise levels have definitely been lowered with this new decor. The wait staff was less noticeable since there were not as many people running around. The restaurant also has new interactive devices at each table, which let you call your server, order refills, and even pay your check (splitting included)! Was hoping for some new menu items, but the only new thing that I noticed was the introduction of craft beers. Overall I would say a definite improvement than what it used to be.

Absolutely Terrible Service. Me and my fiancé went here for dinner last night and after waiting over 21 minutes to still have no server come by and take a drink order or even acknowledge us we got up and left. On the way out I asked for the manager and told her what happened. She said "I dont know why" 3 times....Unacceptable!!!!! This is the 3rd problem we have had at this location. I love Red Robin and was so happy when they finally built one by my home. Now I will drive the 45 minutes to go to another one. This location is absolutely terrible!!!!!!!

Gourmet burgers really? Hardly. The burgers are small 6oz. So small you cant even see it under the bun. The topping are OK. Chilli was weak. Heres a run down of our first visit. 1. Service OK2. Onion rings - great3. fries - soggy and tasteless4. Burgers -small and not much taste5. Manager - Lame. We asked him a question about our order and he answered us in passing as if we were a bother. Overall, if you like your burgers this is not the place. try Burger21, Burger Bar, The Tiki bar in Clermont, Red Wing, even Ale House is better.
