I have eating here regularly for a couple of years. Lately, I have had some issues with the food. It is like they have gotten lax in their standards. Last week, we had been waiting 20 minutes for our food; we noticed that everyone else had theirs, and the place was pretty empty. I complained to the manager, who said he would be right back. Ten minutes later, he told us that the ticket didnt print in the back. Waited another 10 minutes and food finally came. No apology...just "Heres your food." So I asked if he would comp our meal. I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO ASK! He returned with a $15 gift card. Our food totaled more than the gift card value, but I didnt wait anymore so I took the deal. We went back today and my husband needed more salad dressing. He asked a server, and she said she would got get it. Minutes passed...no dressing. She ended up never coming back. My Greek Salad Bowl had some uncooked rice in it. I complained and asked for another salad, but got it to go, because it took a long time to get our food initially. They did not offer anything other than a replacement salad, but that was okay, because at that point I was tired and ready to leave. UPDATE: I just opened up my avocado lime salad. It had 2 TEENY pieces of avocado and NO GOAT CHEESE! Lots of lettuce, sparse pecans, some canned mandarin oranges and red onion. $8.99. I wish I felt like going back and showing them what they gave me. I used to like this restaurant but they are going downhill. I hope they fix their issues and bring the restaurant up to its original standards.

So we used to really like this place but it seems their food quality and service has been going down lately. AC doesnt seem to be working since its hot when you enter. The tables are kinda clean but have smudges, crumbs and wet spots on them. My wife wanted a tea refill, they seem more interested in closing the place asap since things like the brewed tea were immediately pulled off the counter at 8pm despite a dozen people still inside. Not to mention, her tortilla strips were stale! Dont sit in the back corner unless you like getting oil smell all over your clothes. Not sure what theyre doing in the kitchen (frying? panini press?) but a strong smell of oil vapor comes over the kitchen wall right where people are sitting. Even after I left I still smelled oil all over my clothes, great way to ruin a date night smelling like cooking oil lol. Ventilation issue? Possibly why its soo hot inside? Food was decent, portion sizes a bit odd (bowls are huge, sandwiches small) despite being similarly priced. Also they seem to always be out of an ingredient when weve gone, this time no avacado. One of the sides we got was called "balsamic cucumbers" but what we got was a little bowl of mainly field greens with a super tiny amount of cucumbers cut up cubed in the middle. It seems theres always young highschool kids running the place with no real manager. Bad experience after bad experience, I can no longer recommend this place. Hopefully this can be taken as a constructive review since we used to really like this place and we hope they can improve like before.

I make an effort to try new places. I saw this cafe while driving to the beach. Its kind of hard to navigate too because its located right at the freeway intersection which means you either have to do a U-turn or drive far and do another U-turn. The girl at the register (the girl with pink and green hair) was inpatient. I asked questions about the menu, she didnt seem to know any answers or information. I ordered a veggie panini , kale and mushroom soup and the cucumber balsamic salad. The panini was a decent size but fell apart, literally in pieces. The kale mushroom soup was awful. The salad was good. You are given a free frozen yogurt after the meal (either lemon or vanilla). I tried both, the lemon was really good, tangy and fresh. The vanilla was really good too. In order to use the free wifi you have to provide your name, birthday, email address and phone number. The meal all together cost $13, not worth it to me. Go across the street to Panera Bread instead or subway. This is what this cafe can do to improve. Have knowledgeable staff. Tag vegetarian or vegan dishes. Some restaurants put a little vegetable icon next to menu choice. Improve the soup recipes. If you offer free wifi dont require personal information.

I placed an online catering order on Monday 12/19/16 at 3:53pm and within 5 minutes I had an actual response (not an automatically generated generic response) stating that they had received my order and would be happy to help with my event. They assured me I would have an invoice the following morning. I received my detailed invoice first thing the next morning and was told that they look forward to seeing me on Wednesday. I had made the decision to drive to pick up the food. I arrived and my food was ready earlier than expected which was an added bonus. The food was all extremely fresh and packaged perfectly. To my surprise they even included plates, utensils, servicing spoons and a full bottle of dressing for the salad. This was the first time some members of my team were having Green Market Cafe and they all stated how healthy it seemed and how delicious everything tasted. I just wanted to say thank you to Green Market Cafe on Carillon Parkway in St. Pete. You made our holiday luncheon a great success. We will definitely use you in the future. Thank you and Happy Holidays!

I USED to love this place the first year or two it was open, but bad experience after bad experience later, I can no longer recommend this place to anyone. It has taken a steep downfall! About 8 months ago (after 2 consecutive bad experiences) was my last time eating here, and I had to speak to manager about my incorrect togo order then. Fast forward to today, I decided to give Green Market one more shot. I ordered a "Scottsdale Wrap" - no tomato, no onion, add avocado (extra money)....that is all and confirmed my order before paying. Waited 20 mins for my togo order (not busy inside), get home and open container.....I have a "chicken bacon ranch wrap" WITH TOMATO and NO AVOCADO.....I just dont get what has happened! After this experience, I will never eat here again and will not recommend this cafe to anyone. I wrote a review on Yelp a few years ago and it mirrored these exact same concerns, only it continues and doesnt appear management cares to fix anything. I want this place to be good, nothing but disappointment. Free Froyo has always been good.

My girlfriend and I have eaten here several times and we really like the place. The quality of the food has been very fresh each time. As an added bonus, with any of the wraps or flatbreads, you also get a nice little sundae from the frozen yogurt bar (although the serving is usually overflowing, so you really cant call it small). The service has always been very good. In fact, we went today and my vegetarian girlfriend ordered a wrap with chicken and she did not realize it until they brought it to the table. Even though the restaurant got the order right, the owner was willing to make it over for her. He was very nice about the whole thing...and she really liked the wrap too. :) We think that they are doing a great job and we will definately be back.
