This was my first visit. I live in Athens, but run a local business so stopped by on my way out of town. i got 3 entrees to go. The lo mein was meh..it was more spaghetti like and varely any sauce or meat but tasty so ok. the moogoogaipan was great. i ordered a massaman curry, which per the online mebu had potato and onion in massaman curry paste. i order this everywhere i go. but what i got this time was NOT massaman. it had green peppers, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, onions, water chestnut and green bean ...also. the curry was red. it was not a massaman. i called to explain that this was not what was on the menu and i dont like any of those things, i was passed to a manager (i was not being ugly. i dont do that.) the manager made me explain again, and then proceeded to argue with me and say it was how they had always done it. went on about how theyve done it that way 4 or 5 yrs etc. all u wanted was a refund or my meal replaced bc the menu online was wrong, and ultimately thw food was also. this manager lost a customer and got a negative review all because he couldnt own a mistake on a 7 dollar meal. ridiculous.

Customer Samantha C. We apologize for your incident, while Im not exactly sure what occurred during the process of your order, we would never charge you more for than what you ordered. What might have happened is that we did not place your order correctly for your desired dish in your total and so you did not get your order and it would cost you that dishes price only. At this point we would only charge you for the dish and not any delivery charge as we are at fault sometimes. The menu prices are correct but we have recently updated the menus prices to reflect on the cost of resources, there is a difference in the take out menu versus the dine in menu. We are a small family business sometimes we get overwhelmed in the amount of orders and thus may experience a long delivery/take-out time. We try our best to please the customers please understand. Thank you.

I used to get delivery from this place any time I wanted Chinese food because its the only place around that will deliver to my area. I used to think it was decent. Not the greatest ever but decent. But now its just not good at all. The wonton soup was super salty and flavorless, the egg rolls were greasy and stale,their crab Rangoon had always been really stale and just not good at all. Tastes like it was frozen. The sesame chicken wasnt horrible but it all left me feeling really bloated and awful afterwards. I wont be ordering from them again unfortunately.

The food is so good but the delivery is really bad. My card was charged wrong the deleviery man spoke zero english, had no change with him at all when i was trying to explain what had happened he started to yell at me and was huffing and puffing saying oh my god oh my god then "demanded" a tip before i was even done paying for my orders....I will never use them again just because of this. But the food is good and the only reason i gave them the stars that i did.

I have been eating here for years. It has changed somewhat, I am assuming the ownership changed. The hot & sour soup and the egg drop soup are very good; entrées are average; the fried rice, egg rolls and crab rangoon are not appealing at all. It has the best entrées of the three restaurants in the area. If you are a big rice eater try China Panda. If you love crab rangoon try Great Wall. Sadly, NOBODY has good egg rolls around here :(

Horrible customer service. Ordered delivery do not get what I ordered and when I called back the lady wanted to charge me extra to get the missing food. Apparently their take out menu prices and meals were incorrect. She then told me she did not have a delivery driver to bring me my food! Not a good business practice.

We tried China Garden for the first time last Saturday (8/27/16). We dined in. The service was good and we got what we ordered. However our food was bland and a few bites on my plate seemed really salty. We will try another place next time.

These guys have the best Chinese food in Jefferson. I love the Sesame Chicken but everything is good from the General Tso chicken to the Mongolian Beef. Highly Recommend.
