Stopped during early lunch hours. Was second in line behind elderly couple. Suddenly heard someone in the food prep area begin ranting about that "F@#$%@# a@@^%$%, F@#$ him...... and on and on. The young man at the counter (who was very professional and obviously uncomfortable apologized and later made the comment that ______ must be wound up today") The language does not bother me personally, but there was an elderly couple in front of me and children in the restaurant, plus it is just unprofessional. Got my food to go. Should have checked the bag before I left. Ordered soft chicken tacos, not sure what it was, but not like any other chicken I have seen on a taco. Major reservations about a return visit.

My experience was very similar to the last review. Every time I go here, I wait in the drive thru for at least 10 to 15 mins whether it is busy or not. You think this extra time allotted would give them time to make sure the order is right but it is always incorrect. Missing items, neglect of special instructions or unsatisfactory preparation. I just dont even ask to hold the sour cream, I know its going to be on there anyway. Ive worked in a restaurant for a couple of years, I know how it can be but come on. Get your **** together.

Placed and paid for my order using the Taco Bell app 20 minutes before close. I arrived 15 minutes before closing time just in time to see management locking the doors and employees getting into their vehicles. Come on guys... locking up early??? and best of all after explaining the situation to these OUTSTANDING Taco Bell employees they treat me as if Im the jerk because I was so bold to place my order 20 minutes prior to close. Shame on me. Now I have to go and try to figure out how I am going to be refunded. What a chore

TERRIBLE customer service. Walked in and stood at the counter. . Although there were 4 workers behind the counter, not one looked up/made eye contact/greeted us. One even said loudly "I cant clock in yet, its not 11" (it was 10:54 am). We walked out and took our business elsewhere.

Waited 15 minutes on my food and when I did get it, it was cold and made wrong, bad service guy behind front counter really creepy, and not to mention half of the lobby was closed because they were cleaning. Terrible place to take your family, do not recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely terrible. 26 min in the drive thru from the time we ordered to the time we got our food. Not to mention once we got home we realized that we had things missing. I could understand if it was a huge order but it wasnt even $20.

This place is filthy, the front counter guy is creepy, i waited 20 minutes for 2 soft tacos and watched as one girl made the orders in the filthy kitchen while the other "workers" were talking on their phones or outside smoking a cig!

The crew has certainly improved in recent months and as of writing (4/17/2016) they serve the food as ordered and satisfactorily 95% of the time. Overall, it is not a terrible place to visit when in need of some quick, filling grub.

We waited 45 mins for our food. We did have a big order $36. I dont think it shouldve taken that long. The restaurant was not very clean. There was trash on the floor and the drink station was covered in spilled drinks.

I really like that there is a few gluten free items on your menu. I only wish that there were labels to tell people what those items were. I know that the hard tacos are gluten free but I dont know what else is.
