My father and little brother went into this restaurant to order our family dinner. My father is of oriental decent. He was politely asking for "French Fries." The worker across the counter continued to MOCK MY FATHERS ACCENT and said,"Huh? huh? what are PRENCH PRIZE?" My father then repeated himself saying,"French Fries." She then got in my fathers face and continued to say,"huh? huh???" and made disrespectful comments and rude faces towards him. My father did not come to this country to be treated with disrespect!!! I dont care how many hours you have been working... or how many tired you are! When someone is asking you for something nicely, DO NOT make fun of them. This restaurant is a joke. Every time we come here theres some type of issue! This food is sub par and the treatment is just as bad as the food.

Have stopped in multiple times and every time my order is wrong. This last time, they didnt have extra crispy chicken, but we only found that out after we ordered and the other guy waiting mentioned something. Then they were using a container to get the gravy out and then threw it back in there for the next person to use. Seems a bit unsanitary when no gloves are used. Needless to say I didnt eat the gravy. Finally, there are employees just standing around as we waited for out order to be taken. The employee at the register who was apparently leaving peft the register to go talk on his cell phone. Noone said one word to us, no hello, no we will be with you in one moment, nothing. Overall very bad service and cant get an order wright. They give KFC a bad name.

By far the worst fast food service Ive ever experienced. Ive made the mistake of returning to this store multiple times, and each time dismal food and service were the only results. Ive been forced to wait over 30 minutes (at which point I left with no food and my money unrefunded) at times, deal with rude, lazy, and uncaring staff. The food is frequently awful, with old fry oil, stale chicken and biscuits, and have even had blue packaging in my green beans. I have never seen an improvement in service, and just now have contacted KFC Corporate... to receive a free soda for my issues. A Mr. Chicken is just across the street, with stellar service and food for only a small bit more money. Go there instead. Please.

The best compliment I can give this place is that the staff are "patient." The tables are usually sticky, interior is just dim and unpleasant, theres often a long wait on chicken, you better check your order to make sure you got all your food, and COULD YOU PLEASE KEEP THE MENU THE SAME FOR AT LEAST 12 MONTHS?! Every time I come in I have to completely re-learn prices and portions and combos to get what I want and I remember why I just go to Mr. Chicken or drive up to the Popeyes on Clark.

Waited in the drive thur line for about 25 minutes. The girl that took my order was rude. At the window the girl gave me the wrong drink. When I got home I noticed that I did not receive my Cole slaw. Tried call the store 5 times and never got through, twice busy and other three times the phone rang for more than 10 rings with one answering it. The service at this establishment is terrible and unreliable. Mr Chicken right down the street value their customers.

The worst fast food establishment. Not just out of all KFC branches out of all fast food establishments. The slowest service I have ever experienced first 2 times I came here I thought ok bad batch of employees. Come back a year later thinking no way it could be like that again. Yet again another long wait over 20 min then I left. Never coming back again. This place should be shut down. Wouldnt have even gave a star if I had the option.

LOL. I ordered the 40$ 16pc dinner, first of all they said it "wasnt available" so I had to get a different type of chicken. Then got 8pcs of chicken (half of my order) and cold mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. I called and was polite about my missing chicken and cold items and I got a big ass attitude in return. Most of the staff was rude besides one woman but I didnt catch her name. Definitely wont be returning .

Customer service sucked. Was not greeted when i entered through the door. Cashier just stared at us. And seemed to have attitude. The chiken tenders we ordered looked like popcorn nuggets from how small they were. Manager was on her phone the whole time. They were not friendly at all. Store was clean. Small dine in area. Cookies were not fresh nor the mashed potatoes were not fresh either.... Would not recomend.

Im surprised that this location has yet to be shut down by the health department. The ceiling appeared to be falling down over top of the food supplies and containers, there was food and crumbs that looked like theyd been there for days/weeks and the emergency lighting above the food had a half an inch of dust on them. Not to mention the cashier was rude and seemed to hate her job. Deplorable!

Terrible service from placing your order in drive thru & being spoken to with such attitude for no reason whatsoever. Then having to wait at the window entirely too long to get your food. Then after all that having to turn back around after being home because the chicken was not cooked all the way through. TERRIBLE! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO GO.

This particular location is terrible. Only KFC Ive been to that consistently burns the chicken. Stopped in one night for biscuits and mashed potatoes because I already had chicken at home. Walked out after being ignored at the counter for 5 minutes while they tried to correct the order of the only other person which seemed impossible for them.

Seriously incompetent staff. We dont eat thighs. Ordered a bucket without thighs. She mistook for no sides very understandable but we corrected and said we would like sides but no thighs in the 12 piece bucket and SHE STILL GAVE US THIGHS. And this conversation was done at the window so I know she heard me she just didnt care to fix it.

12:35 / lunch time, NEVER have what I want. All I usually get are the hot wings, but theyre NEVER prepared for a lunch crowd. Get a 1/2 hr. lunch, & that includes MY drive time. Point is, this location sucks...better off driving all the way to the Snow Rd. location. Burn it down, start from scratch, or fire your lunch employees.

2 stars cause food was warm and cooked. If it werent for that id give 0 stars. The service took forever 34 minutes to be exact from the time my receipt was printed to the time i received my order. Then i did not have all the items from my order and waited another 7 minutes for the rest of the items.

I will not he returning to this location. I asked the employee to please add a chocolate cake to my order and the employer flat out told me NO!! I asked why and she responded with "because were busy." I was absolutely amazed at how terrible the costumer service was.

In every other fast food restaurant, the drive thru is given priority. I waited over 15 minutes just to get up to the order box, and countless people came and went inside and got food. Next time Ill just go in because kfc drive thru is a complete joke.
