The service was horrible. We stood in line for 15 minutes just to order our food and another 30 minutes to get our food. I strongly would not recommend. There was a man in line behind me calling the employees by name telling them to " tighten up" pulled a knife out opened it to try and be cool and repeatedly told them to tighten up and employees blew it off like nothing and told him to hush. It was just horrible.

Terrible service , I order the same thing every time , BLT EXTRA MAYO, , when I get my food its cold and two times the bacon wasnt even cooked , no extra sauce like I requested , I love checkers but not this one , will not eat at the location and dont recommend anyone else either . They have 3 employees working at all times , orders take way to long , have to wait 20 minutes for 2 burgers

I just want to say to that every time I go to Checkers in Leesburg and Willie is working, I always get the fastest service! The food is always hot and fresh and delicious! But being served by Willie is definately an added bonus. He is so pleasant to his customers! I always leave there with a smile, and this really makes my day every single time I go there! Thank you!

The lady manager is a sea hag. Gave us half of the portions and forks when we asked for spoons. She drops off when you order and we you ask if she is there she says "no". Was not a joke. Horrible service/food. Funnel cakes was refried. We got about 6 "loaded fries". And she ugly.

Stood in line for approximately 5 minutes with no one taking orders or ensuring they will be taken care of. Employee confusion as to whos food was whos and then slammed the window in an elderly womans face. No thanks. As a former checkers employee i was dissapointed to no end.

Absolutely disgusting. I ate here during the morning (breakfast sandwich) and immediately threw up when I got home. This is coming from someone with a stomach of steel and no stranger to fast food. This has never happened to me ever except here. AVOID!

There was hair in my food, and the employee working at the time told me it was mine and shes not exchanging my order,... Ive always had a low haircut this is not the place to eat they are the rudest restaurant in town besides burger king

Horrible service waited over 20 minutes when I got to the window I asked About the wait time and I was Told by an employee that they have nothing to do with the wait time. Upon receiving the food it was cold

Hit or miss with the service and wait times.... pretty consistent with the food for the most part....but I usually just go for an ice cream cone...which is excellent.
